Scrambled Eggs in a Cup

One Egg

Take a fork or a spoon and 'whisk' one egg in a microwaveable safe teacup. Place your egg-filled teacup in a microwave for one minute. Before consuming, make sure the egg is fully cooked.

Egg, Bacon, and Cheddar Breakfast Bowl

Two Eggs, beaten

Two Tablespoons Milk

Two Tablespoons of Precooked Bacon Crumbles

One Tablespoon of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Put beaten eggs into a bowl with milk. Add bacon. 

Microwave on high for forty-five seconds; push cooked edges to the center. Microwave until egg is almost set, about forty-five to sixty seconds longer. 

Top off with cheese. Serve immediantly. 

 Microwave Ham, Mushroom, and Swiss Coffee Cup Scramble

One Egg

One Tablespoon Water

1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms (From a Small Can)

One Thin Slice Deli Ham Slice, chopped

Shredded Swiss Cheese

Coat twelve ounce microwave-safe cup coffee mug with cooking spray. Add egg, water, mushrooms, and ham; beat until blended. Microwave on high for thirty seconds until egg is almost set. Microwave again for thirty-five to forty seconds longer.

Season with salt and or pepper to taste. Finish by topping with cheese.
