Simple Spinach Salad

Four Cups of Spinach

One Cup of Corn (Canned)

1/8 Cup Almonds

1/8 Cup Dried Mangos

Simply toss the spinach, corn, almonds, and mangos together. Drizzle a bit of oil for dressing.

Taco Salad

Two Cups of Romaine Salad

1/2 Cup of Ground Beef (Canned)

Tomatoe

Salsa

Baked Tortilla Chips

1/2 Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese

Cook canned ground beef in the microwave for one minute at a time. Make sure it is warm. Cut tomatoe into bite sized cubes. 

Add all ingredients together. Top salad with cheese. Place salsa and tortilla chips on the side.
