Dipper's POV:
Dipper sat in the middle of a meadow, the blades of grass soft against his legs It's been a long time since I've been here, he thought to himself as tears fell down his face. He still couldn't come to grips with the knowledge that Stan was on his death bed and there was nothing he could do about it. He stood to walk around, just sitting there doing nothing wasn't helping anyone, but as he did so he tripped over something and face planted, hard.
"Ouch," He groaned as he moved to stand once again, to see what he tripped over. "What? But it can't be? Bill destroyed all the journals during Weirdmageddon!" Dipper picked the Journal 3 off the ground and opened it to a random page. The journal creaks as it's opened and the pages feel worn out, but it's still the same, familiar book he carried everywhere when he was twelve. When he finally looks at the page he'd turned to it's familiar too, the same entry on about Bill Cipher that haunted Gravity Falls' history.
"That's it! That's how I'll save Stan, I'll make a deal with Bill!" As the words slip out, he realizes the impossibility of it, "It's been 8 years since we defeated him, what if he still holds a grudge against me and my family and won't help?" Dipper starts weighing the outcomes and decides to give it a chance anyways. He draws the cipher wheel and starts chanting both from memory and help from the book's open page, hoping for the best
Bill's POV:
The demon had taken only five of those eight years to reform back in the Nightmare Realm, even for him the process felt slow and painful. What would you expect when you're falling apart at the edges? But the past three years were spent adjusting to a more humanoid form, not quite physical, but almost. Still trapped in the mindscapes of those that wished to summon him, it seemed.
This one instance was no exception. The moment he felt the crackle of magick that crept up his spine he knew someone was summoning him, and he knew he was going to be in that hick town. He was skeptical as he followed it - for all he knew it could be ol' Fordsy wanting to come back to that deal again. Wouldn't that be interesting??
From Dipper's perspective, everything would bleed to a monochrome and time would drag itself to a reluctant stop. Just as the jet black form of not a triangle, but a man formed, Bill had seen it wasn't Sixer. But Pine Tree. His old puppet. And his manic laughter kicked in before those shadows dripped away to reveal the classy black and gold suit, the demon's amber eyes were practically glowing as he'd grinned.
"Well well well, if it isn't my old puppet! Never thought I'd be summoned by a Pines again unless it was some kid of a kid, guess you lost your mind in the last few years to do something this stupid, huh?"
Dipper's POV:
Dipper stood before the demon, still baffled that he was no longer a floating triangle, but a human form. How are you human? Dipper thought to himself, but shook it off to answer the demon's question, "No, I haven't lost my mind Bill, I need help. And the only way I could think to get what I needed was to make a deal with you."
Dipper hadn't noticed, but he was blushing at the sight of the man before him, his amber eyes never left Dipper's. He had golden hair and black tips that begged him to run his hands through them. Bill had sharp, white teeth and he stood with confidence, unlike Dipper who without realizing, was backing away slowly from the demented being. What was this that he was feeling in his chest and bones? All his life Dipper knew he was gay, but he played an act for everyone around him. That was, until his parents died in that horrible accident...
