Today Tuesday of October 18th marked one month since I moved to campus and I didn't feel like it was one month, I am still feeling like I just arrived yesterday. Now I just have 4 more months!😭 and i never wanna leave NY.
This is my first time sleeping out and living so far away from home in my entire life. And here is a look about hows everything going.
As I wrote before I live only 40 minutes in train to Manhattan and of course I always end up going there on the weekends.
I am getting use to wake up early and about sleeping with more people in my room, two actually, cause I am the only child in my family so I used to sleep alone in my own room all the time. It was great but sometimes I felt so lonely, something that now never happens.
And the classes starts at 8:30 to 14 pm or at 10 to 17pm.
There's a gym on campus so I try to go every day because the food here it's so great, and of course I don't wanna get fat, so obviously I need to burn the calories.
And what else? Well, the life here is so amazing, I wish everyone could live what i am living here at least once. This experience is just something that I never thought I would be able to do it, and now is happening. So dreams do come true.
Here I feel so independent and I feel I am growing as a person. My parents are not here so no one treat me like a baby anymore and I have to do everything on my own, like wash my clothes (something that I just learn it here), do my bed, buy my stuff with my own credit card and take care of my budget every time.
It's just so great to be here. I am never get tired of New York, i think is my favorite city in the whole world. 🌎
