You hummed softly to yourself, walking down the street. You sighed as you glanced at the beautiful ocean, which was meant to console you as you had a lot of work to catch up from school. The clear, blue waves made gentle clapping sounds as you passed by, as if encouraging you to have a amazing day. You chuckled at the thought. The sun shown down on you as if you were an actress, ready to preform to everyone in the world, without a cloud or crowd in sight. Your foot kicked something. Something...hard. It made a clicking noise as it scattered across the pavement of the sidewalk you were walking on. You quickly ran over to the source of the sound without hesitation.
As you approached the small, slightly scratched gem, you couldn't help but feel a strange of eeriness circulate throughout your body, concluding with a small chill from the back of your spine. "What is such a beautiful gem
doing here at the beach?" you pondered to yourself quietly as you picked up the small, yet heavy, object. "It's carved beautifully.." you marveled. "I wonder if anyone had lost it-" but as you looked up, you realized that there was not one other soul around. "I think I'll take it home..." you whispered, as you had the urge to take it home. There was something mysterious about this gem, and you wanted to know exactly what was up with it.
Lucky for you you lived on the beach, so your home was within walking distance, which was nice. You approached the wooden steps, and you heard them groan as they held your entire weight, begging you to stop. You still walked slowly however, as you were fumbling for your keys. You finally found them and sighed softly, sticking the key into its designated hole. You heard the soft click of your door and you knew you were inside.
You closed the door and gently placed your keys down. Yawning, you laid the gem in a small blanket, as if to keep it warm. A small lamp light was above it, so every feature could be captured by this breath-taking gem. You exhaled dreamily, the gem was too beautiful for it's own good. Did you just see the gem shake a little?
This is when things got weird. The gem slowly but steadily floated into the air, which almost made you fall off of your chair. You glanced up at the shimmering gem, gasping. What the hell was happening?
Soon it started to spin, and then a huge girl popped out of the gem. You fell out of your chair, nervous as hell. The girl towered over you like a tyrant before growling, "Where's those damned crystal gems?!"
