Chapter two

Today was just a normal day, now it was lunch time, I went to the cafeteria expecting to see Holy, only Holy, but John was there too, ugh, did she really have to bring him with her?? I just went to them and greeted them, "Hi Holy," I said with a smile, "Hi John," he just smiled, doesn't he know that when someone greets you, you should greet him back, not smile?! "Hi Lily, um, can I speak to you for a second please?" She asked, I nodded, we went down the hallway and she started speaking, " Okay, Lily, is it okay with you if John sits with us for lunch?" No "Yes, of course, I mean he is your boyfriend, its okay with me," I said with a fake smile, she gave me a hug and said thank you like 50 times and then, we went back to John who was waiting patiently for us, "Okay, lets have a seat," she said, just when I was about to sit down, Mr. John had to speak, " Wait, is she sitting with us?" he asked angrily, "Yes, is that a problem with you?!" She shouted at him, "I wanted it to be only me and you," " Hey, its okay, I will just leave," I said as I walked, Holy kept calling me to wait but I just ignored, I head out to the bathroom, locked my self and burst into tears, he is so mean! After a while, I went out, I overheard Holy and John fighting, "You hurt her so much, what in the world did she do to you to make her feel like that?" I think it was Holy screaming like that, I am so thankful to have a friend like her, "whoa whoa whoa, calm down, if she sat with us, she would've taken the whole place," John said calmly, "That's not true! I sit with her everyday and I am very okay! and do you think the solution is to hurt her like that?! you are wrong!" "You are fighting with me for her!" "Yes John Carter, I am fighting with you for her, know what else, everything is over, started yesterday and ended today, enough, leave her alone, stop hurting people and judging them by their looks, get to know them first, no one is perfect," by that she left,  and I came out, "You are right, John, I take up the whole place, I am worthless, thanks for saying that, I didn't know all of that, but it seems true," "Look Lily I am sorry-" "No, don't be sorry, you were right," I left John, not knowing what else to say, I said everything.

  Holy's P.O.V

I can't believe what John said to Lily, he really did hurt her, after what happened today I don't love him anymore, Lily has been my best friend for 5years now, I know her very well, I don't know what's wrong with people these days, why do they judge people by heir look? why don't they get to know them first? I am being dramatic now! But, it's true, it's all true. School has ended now and Lily is nowhere to be found, since me and John have broke up, I haven't seen her, I believe friendship comes before love, teachers have been asking me whats wrong with her, I have been told from them that she comes to take the exams in the morning then goes home straight away, tomorrow is the last day of school, I bet no one is going because there is no exams tomorrow, just and extra day to end the week, now, I am just walking to her house to see if everyting is all right, I also knew her grades of the past exams and wanted to tell her aout it, she did pretty good, A+ in all subjects. I reached her home, i rang the bell and her mom opened the door, she seemed happy to see me. "Hey mom, how is everything, is Lily ok?" i asked right away,"Hello honey, everything is fine, I really dont know what to tell you about Lily, its you who should tell me, since she came from school early a couple of days ago, she had been so wierd, she would go to school, take her exam and go home, she doesnt even eat well, I am happy to see you here now, please, go sit with her, find out whats wrong with her, you are her best friend and she trusts you so much, I know it," these words just made me worried, I left mom, and hurried to her room and the first thing I see, is Lily crying on her bed, "Lily? Lily whats wrong, why are you crying, and why haven't you gone to school, is everyhing ok?' I asked her, she looked at me, her eyes said everything, it answered all the answers, I just wanted to hear everything from her, why she is feeling so bad? I hugged her and she started crying even more, she soon started speaking, "I heard you and John speaking the other day, I cant believe you broke up with him for me, why did you do that?" she said, she really heard all of that? "Friendship comes before love, I woudn't leave you for him Lily, and he judges people by how they look, he's not the right person for me," I told her, "After you left, I went to John and spoke with him, he said he was sorry but I told him that he was right, and that I shouldn't be sitting with anyone, I thanked him because he reminded me that I am fat, and no one wants to be around me, he showed me that the world judges people by their looks, and thats why I will never be loved or have any friends," she told me, I was about to cry, but then, she started speaking again, which made my tears escape, "I am so fat, ugly, I dont have th perfect long hair or amazing blue or green or even brown eyes, I dont have long lashes, I am so ugly and-" I stopped her from speaking, "Dont say that about yourself, you are amazing, first of all, you are so beautiful, inside and outside, your personality is so amazing and thats what people see in you, those fake barbies outside, are just fake, their personality is so bad and ugly, and people like them are the ones that surround them, no one wants to be aroud fake people, you are being yourself, and you should be proud of that, never let anyone put you down, if they put you down, show them you are strong enough to get up again, walk in the streets with your head held high, tell everyone you are proud of who you are, trust yourself, you are amazing and you are not fake, and the day will come when you will meet someone, that will not judge you by your look, that will love you with who you are, and will accept you like that, plus that these 'fake barbies' out there, have no future, you have a big one, I got you your exam marks and guess what, you got A+ in everything" I told her as I stood up in the air and said it screaming while jumping, "Omg, thank you thank you thank you, I am so happy, and thanks for coming and telling me all of this, you are right, those 'fake barbies'," she said as she put air quotes around fake barbies, "are so... I dont know, I really shouldn't be swearing," she told me, "Thats my Lily, now cheer up go wash your face and change your clothes and lets partyyyy!" I said as i grabbed her hand and toke her to her closet, "Mmmmm, lets see, maybe you can wear this," I grabbed a sweatshirt that said 'party with moi' on it, moi is me in french so I found it pretty cool, I told her to put it on with some red skinny jeans, "Here, go change, I give you 5minutes to get ready as I order pizza, if you dont get ready in exactly five minutes, I will make you eat peanut butter," I told her, God, she hates peanut butter, I ordered the pizza and started counting the 5 minues, "And there is 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 aaaaaaaaaaaannnnnndd," she came out right before I said one, she didnt yet finsh, her skinny button wasnt closed and her hair wasn't ready, but I know she didn't want to eat peanut butter, yup, thats my best friend, "Gurl, you are so not ready," I told her with a giggle, "But I am not eating peanut butter," she said as she closed her skinny's button and brushed her hair, mom came in and told us she was going shopping with Drew and Angel, they said their goodbyes and left, so we were home alone, the doorbell rang, "PIZZA!!!!!!!!" I screamed out, I got the door, took the pizza and closed the door, "You won't pay the man?" Lily asked me sarcastically, "YOU pay the man, I am a your house, I shouldn't pay anything," I said like a sad child, like Angle when she is sad, she paid the man and we started eating, we played Titanic and started watching, soon eanough we finished all the pizza and started in the ice cream, pigs, I know that. "No, Jack please don't die, you are so hot!' Lily said crying, to be honest, both of us were crying, "What about Rose?" I asked her, "She was bad, she has no dignity, shut up, let me watch the movie," she screamed, "I will never let go Jack, I will never let go,"  Rose said as she let go of Jack in the water, we burst out crying, "You idiot, why did you let go of him, he might have lived, you could've at least burried him when you get out of the water!" I screamed out as if she heard me, "He might have lived if they had turns for each one of them to.. to..." I sniffed, " To have a ride on that wood!" I burst out in tears. 

                                                            The movie ended and we stopped crying, we were now drinking fizzy drinks and putting nail polish, I was putting bue and she was putting black, "Hey, what if we travel on the holiday?" Lily asked me, "Oh, I would love to, but where?" I asked, "Wait, to France!," I burst out before she could even respond, the night was really fun, we kept laughing, watching movies, giggling, gossiping, speaking about boys, saying stupid jokes until mom came, it was 12 now, it was pretty late and dark, mom offered me to stay for the night and of course I agreed, we set out the sleeping arrangements and I was going to sleep next to Angel while Lily and Drew will sleep next to each other, mom told me to sleep next to Lily as it was the big bed, but Drew said he wanted to sleep next to Lily because he wanted her to tell him bedtime stories, and Angel wanted me to tell her one too,  so I was sleeping next her, "Holy, will you please tell me a story about princesses?" Angel said with her cute little voice, mmm... I think I know what story I will tell her, "Sure, okay lets start off-" Angel cut me, "Wait, is it the Cinderella story?" she asked me, "No, its the sleeping beauty," I told her with a smile, "okay, Once upon a time, there was a big kingdom, that was ruled by  a very kind king and queen..." I kept telling her the story until she slept right at the best part of the story, seriously? the best part when the prince was going to kiss her was coming but she slept, never mind, anyway I really needed to sleep. I pulled the blanket right to my neck, placed my head on the cold side of the pillow, closed the light, pulled my hair out of the ponytail it was in, closed my eyes and went into my deep sleep.
