The walk back to my house was short due to the cornfield being right next to it. I looked back at the crater behind us as we walked. I let out a sigh and put my hands in my pockets.

"What is it?" I heard from beside me. I looked at the winged boy and tilted my head slightly in confusion.
"What was what?" I asked.

"You sighed in an upset way." He said back.

"Oh that? Nah it was nothin'. I was just realizing that I'm going to have to fix that crater later." I informed him. The winged boy shrugged and looked forward again. The winged boy..... I need something else to call him other than winged boy because that's getting old really quick.

"What're you called?" I asked, looking at him.

"Excuse me?" He questioned with a confused expression on his face.

"Your name. What can I call you?" I said, rewording my question.

"I'm called a few things. But most call me Tennin."

"Tennin? That's an odd name." I said, thinking over it.
"How so?" He asked and I gave a small shrug. "Well it's not a common name."

We got back to my house and I opened the door for him, letting him inside. I watched as he turned into the kitchen and looked around.
"Hold up mister. Don't come into the kitchen with all that dirt on you." I said, scolding him. Tennin just turned and looked at me.

"There is a sink in here isn't there?" He asked.
"You're not using the sink to clean yourself off. You need a shower. So go to the bathroom and I'll see if there's anything I have that you can wear instead of those." I said, gesturing to his robe-like clothes. Tennin looked down at his clothes then back at me.

"I'd like these washed." He stated. He then started to take off his clothes so I spoke up before he stripped anymore.

"WOAH WOAH. Don't take your clothes off in here! Especially in front of me. Just go to the bathroom and take your shower." I said, a blush in my face.
Tennin looked at me, his shirt halfway above his stomach. "......Alright then." He said as he released his shirt.

I pointed towards a hall. "The door on the left is the bathroom. Just pull the knob out to turn the shower on and then turn it to adjust the temperature." I told him, still a little fazed. He just nodded before he headed out of the kitchen towards the bathroom.

It was a few moments before I heard the shower start and the muffled sound of accomplishment from Tennin. I sighed to myself and ran a hand through my hair. I looked down at the floor and saw that there was dirt no doubt from Ten.
That's a good nickname for him. It sounds good.

I used the dustpan to clean up the dirt before going to my room to find something for Tennin to wear once he gets out. I got a white t-shirt and sweatpants for him seeing as my pajamas are a bit small for him.
Looking down at the shirt I realized something. How's he going to get his wings under this shirt? How did he get his wings through the clothes he had already?

Questions like that ran through my head as I went to get a pair of scissors. While cutting two holes into the shirt for his wings, another question came to mind.
Why does he have wings?
I never even questioned this when I found him.
