Expecto Patronum

I was sat at Lupin's desk, waiting for Harry. We're going to teach him the patrunus Charm, when he gets here.

"Harry. There you are. You came. " Lupin said as the door closed. I didn't even hear it open. I got out of the chair and when over to harry.

" Hi Harry "

" Hi Bethany " We said at the same time, laughing.

" Ha, well today, we will be using very advanced magic. Are you sure your ready? " Lupin asked, Harry nodded. " Well we are going to teach you the patronus charm. A patronus is a positive force, for a wizard who conjures one it works like a shield, with the dementor feeding on it rather than him." I coughed " Or her. Both me and bethany can conjure one. "

" How do you know bethany can conjure one? " Harry asked

" I conjured one, the night on the train when the dementors can onboard. " I answerd, he nodded

" But in order for it to work you need to think of a memory. Not just a memory, a happy memory, a very powerful memory. Okay. Now close your eyes, concentrate, explore your past. Do you have a memory? Well allow it to fill you up, lose yourself within it. Then speak the incantation, Expecto Patronum."

" Execto Patronum " Harry repeated.

" Very good, now why don't we let bethany demonstrate. " Remus said

"Okay" I thought and thought for a memory, I found one it was powerful. Lupin opened the trunk. " Expecto Patronum " I spoke, a flash of blue light shot out of my wand onto the boggart causing it to go back inside the trunk.

" Very well " Lupin said tossing me some chocolate " Now your go Harry " Harry Got in position and spoke the same word 'Expecto Patronum' It didn't go to well, he fell to the ground.

" Expecto Patronum " I shouted at the boggart, it quickly flew back inside the trunk. I rushed over to harry

" Come on, sit up eat this " Lupin said handing harry some chocolate " What was the memory "

" First time I road a broom " Harry answerd

" that's not good enough, not nearly good enough " Remus said

" Well, whats your twos memories? " He asked, looking at me and remus.

" Well mine was, the first day of my sixth year. Me and my friends were playing pranks on loads of teachers that day. " Remus said laughing.

" Mines my first day of hogwarts, i was in a boat with fred, george and lee, who i had meet earlier. I stood up to get a better view but George pushed me in and I screamed. Then he stuck his hand out to help me out but when I grabbed his hand, I pulled him in to.Then we did the same to fred. But they had to stop all the boats ti get us back in. " I said laughing

" Okay, I've got another. " Harry said standing up, Remus went over to the trunk, and opened it. The boggart came out " Expecto Patronum " Nothing happened, " Expecto Patronum " Harry tried again, it worked.

" Well done Harry " I said running to him and giving him a hug.

" Here " Lupin tossed Harry some chocolate " Well thats enough for today, I'll see you in class Harry "

" Bye Professor, see ya later beth " Harry said closing the door. I picked up my bag of Lupins table.

" That was a brilliant memory, did that really happen? " Lupin asked.

" Yeah, I remember it like it was yesterday "

" Is that why, whenever you three are near water, you burst out laughing? " Lupin asked again.

" Pretty much. And hey, you used to pull pranks? " I asked confused " Atleast I know were I get it from. " I said walking to the door.

" Always in trouble, we were like you, fred and george but in our generation. Now go, the twins are proberly waiting. "

" See ya " I said closing the door.
