Chapter 16

Delirious's Pov:

I've been up since 3 in the morning and Amanda was still asleep, so I looked over to the clock and it was 7, and then got up from the bed. Then I quietly head into Amanda's room and saw that she was still sleeping. "Amanda? Time to wake up." I tell her and she groans.

"I don't want to." She said tiredly and I sigh.

"I know, but I need you to get up, so we can go get your stuff from the house." I said and she growls. "Don't growl at me and get ready." I tell her and then made my way downstairs, but when I get to the last step. The doorbell rings and I went to go answer it, so I opened it and looked to see the guys here. "Hey guys. What are y'all doing here so early?" I asked and moved aside to let them in.

"So we can get Amanda's stuff as fast as possible." Lui said and I smiled.

"I just need a few of you to go with her, and the rest at work, so let me take a shower and get dressed." I tell them and they nod, so I head upstairs to Evan's room and got in his restroom, and then I turned on the water.

"God damn it Tyler!" Craig yelled from downstairs and I got in the shower. "Stop it!" He shouts and I chuckled.

I finished getting dressed and grabbed my bags for work, so I turned off the light and head downstairs, and when I get there. "Amanda? Wake up, so we can go." Craig said and shook her softly.

"I want food." She said tiredly and I chuckled, so she sits up from the table, and then looks up at me. "So, who's going with me?" She asked and got up from the chair.

"Craig, Lui, Brian, Nogla, Marcel and Brock." I said and she nods. "The rest of us are going to work, so hopefully y'all will be done by the time we get back." I tell them and they nod.

"Can we go get some breakfast Craig? Please?" She begged him and he sighs.

"Alright, let's go." He said and we all head out the door, while I closed and locked it behind me, and then got in my car.

"Make sure she behaves." I tell him and he nods.

"I am not a baby!" She yelled at me and I drive off to work.

Amanda's Pov:

I was looking up at the house and then felt tears fall down my face, because of the horrible things that my dad did to me, but also glad that it's over. Then I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder, so I looked up and it was Craig, and he has a worried look on his face. I faked a smile and went up to the door, while taking my keys out and took a deep breath, so I unlocked the door and opened it. We head inside and it stayed the same, but with a small odor, so I snapped my fingers, which made all of the windows and doors wide open, and I head up to my room.

"Nogla, Brock and Marcel? You guys clean down here, while me, Amanda, Lui and Brian clean upstairs." Craig tells them and when I walked into my room. Images popped inside of me head and it was the night that I tried killing myself, so I clenched my fists and punched my door, while my hand went through it, and more tears came down my face.

"Amanda?" I looked over my shoulder and Craig's jaw dropped, so I pulled my hand out from the door, and begin to look through all of my stuff. "What happened?" He asked me and I ignored him, while he sighs and leave me alone.

I went into my closet and grabbed my backpacks, while opening them and start putting all of my clothes in them, but when I looked up at my wall, and saw the pictures of my family. I ripped them all off the wall and teleported outside. "I'm sorry." I cried softly and set them on fire in my hands. "I love you all and miss you so much." I said and the pictures turned to ashes. The wind picked up and the ashes flew out of my hands, while I wiped the tears from my face, and I teleported back inside my room.

I finish packing all of my stuff and put all of my backpacks, along with two of my suitcases, downstairs by the front door and head back upstairs, but then stopped in front of my dad's room. "Want me to help you?" I looked up and it was Craig.

"You're like Tyler, you know that?" I tell him and he looked at me confused. "Always there by my side, and wanting to know what's wrong with me." I said and he chuckled.

"We care about you Amanda and want to be safe at all times." He said and I don't know what came over me, but I just started crying my eyes out, while he embraced me in his arms, and I cried into his chest.

"You don't know how happy I am!" I cried and he hugs me tight. "You guys are the only family I got left." I said and he lets me go, while lifting my chin up, and then wiped the tears from my face.

"You're a beautiful strong girl Amanda." He tells me and kissed my forehead. "We'll always be there for you." He said and I smiled. "Come on. Let's finish up and we'll go somewhere to eat." He says and I nod, so I took a deep breath and we went inside my dad's room.

Evan's Pov:

I was completely out of breath and was covered in blood from head to toe, so I took a deep breath and let them continue attacking me. "How are you feeling Evan?!" My father asked me and I groan in pain.

"Pain, but not as bad as last year!" I shout and he nods.

"How's the girl?" He asked and I smiled.

"She's doing good, but still adjusting to the powers." I tell him and he chuckled deeply.

"And the other girl?" He said and I sigh. "Sorry to bring it up, but you know that I need to know." He says and I nod.

"The last time I talked to her was a few months ago, and she said she was doing well." I tell him and looked up at him.

"Boys? Come and eat!" My mom shouts and my dogs stopped attacking me(a/n: I don't know if he has pets or not, so I'm just putting it in). Then they both whimpered at me and I chuckled, so I kneel down and they begin to lick my face.

"It's okay guys." I tell them and they stopped licking me. "I know you guys don't like the training, but it's tradition." I said and got up from the floor. "One day, I'll bring my new friend over, so we can go for a walk. How does that sound?" I asked them and they started wagging their tails.

"Evan Fong? Dinner!" My mom yells at me and I sigh.

"Come on. Let's go eat." I tell my dogs and we head inside to the kitchen.
