Chapter 3: fluffyness just a bit

AHHHH IM SOOO SORRY! I didn't mean to take this long! I was just so stuck on doing... Nothing? Ok there really is no excuse I've just been reading so many fanfics because as much as I love writing them, I love reading them! And to make up for this, I was thinking about writing you all a Christmas special :) later of course but a Christmas special none the less, anyways time for disclaimer... Itachi?

So it's been 5 days and we already established that that Ria girl we met may be working for zabuza. Reason she took him down would be that Kurenai escaped the water prison and was about to deliver a fatal blow, until Ria intercepted. We are now practicing chakra control, and I can't help but feel kiba has been acting weird around me since that whole 'him saving me' thing.

"good job Burukku! Only one to make it to the top!" Kurenai praised

I looked down and saw kiba and shino having trouble, I smirked.

" shino you're using to little chakra, try adding just a little bit more" I shouted down to him.

He nodded and tried again, this time making it twice as high as last time. I smiled and looked down to kiba. He was giving me a bit of a frustrated look.

"Need help mutt?"

Now you see, the glare he gave me could have burned a hole through my head... Or even through the tree... Causing it to burn and fall and I would die but depending on where the tree fell It could hit kiba, HA

" you can either shut up, or help me"

I sighed, I do not want to piss him off more, especially since he saved me last time and he might not be so willing to do it again next time.

"Fine fine, okay so you're using too much chakra, try and drop it just a notch, and remember. You're not walking on the tree, you're walking on chakra, that's like pushing it with the same magnetic force as the tree, which would repell it so thats the force you're using and too much can break the tree and too little can repell YOU."

"I think I get it..."

Kiba ran up the tree and made it to the top. Not long after shino also made it up there with me. All of a sudden Kurenai appeared on the same branch as us

"Good job guys... Erm girls. I mean... Kids. Anyways tomorrow tazuna is going to finish the bridge so I'm glad your all ready!"

We all nodded and Kurenai but were still a little confused to the whole guy girl kids thing.

That night I was in my bed trying to focus on getting to sleep but I just couldn't... Knowing that that girl who seemed very nice was actually working for zabuza. I actually trusted her...

All of a sudden the door opened revealing kiba standing there.

"Couldn't sleep I'm guessing?"

"Yeah I'm just worried, I mean you saved me last time, I just don't know what will happen if you can't this time, I don't want to seem like a little girl always depending on her teammates *cough* Sakura *cough*"

Kiba sat on the bed next to me and put his hand on my shoulder. I could feel my face heating up but it was dark and I don't think he saw... Atleast I hope not...

"Know this, I will never let anything happen to you, not if I can stop it, I mean someone gotta look out for you... Pet"

I growled a bit at that. 'Pet' my ass, I am no pet! But still those words were actually reassuring.

He started scratching behind my ear and I started purring, yes purring. He chuckled " starting to think you're a cat now"

I ignored him and felt myself leaning into his hand. What? I may look human but I'm just as much a wolf as I am human!

I felt my eyes grow heavy and I couldn't help but start to fall asleep. Just when I was asleep enough and trust me, I think I was asleep too! He gently laid me down and kissed me on the forehead, atleast I think he did, but who knows. I was way to tired to decipher if it was real or not.
