Chapter 1

Emma's pov
I woke up and looked at my watch its 7:45,shit am already late for this interview. Oh my God I can't miss this its my life after 2 years of searching for job I can't just let this one pass by.

I know you are wondering  who i am, anway am Emma and I leave in California with my best friend Ann after high school .she has a job and works in a restaurant 30 minutes away from home and while am jobless and about to find a job soon if any company will employ a loser like me. I have a lovely mom and a cute little brother jade .and am 20 years

Jade is six and loves drawing. I guess he is going to be an artist,my dad on the other hand is late and I never got to know him I guess he is handsome like my little cutee jade.

Mom is beautiful and go pretty well with kids so she's a nanny .to conclude it we are not rich just an average American that struggle to survive it was a big struggle to finish high school cos I have to do a lot of after school part time work to help pay my fee and rent

I looked at the time and its already 9:am oh my God I have to be there by 10:am I can't let this opportunity slip by just because of my laziness.
Flash back of last week.

I was sitting at the couch when my phone rang I forget I  submitted my c.v for a job in a company called James enterprise .James enterprise is a company that deal with estate management, event planning,hotel management and many more.

I checked the caller ID its not my mom and neither Ann I was curious cos I mean "duh" who will call a loser like me the last time I check I don't have a friend apart from Ann and my only .boyfriend and I broke up after 2 months when I refused to have sex with him .it rang for about 10 minutes I saw 7 missed calls I decided to picked up this called must be someone I know for insisting after I ignored.

Hello ' I said this is Emma Lincoln who am I speaking with .the voice answered I am Holland from James enterprise you have been  offered a job at james enterprise be here tomorrow by 10am for an interview don't be late Mr parker hate late coming thanks. Before I could answer the phone hanged up I knew it was a female voice .I was  dumbfounded .was I dreaming or did I just imagined it,I looked at my phone and it was real I picked up my phone and called Ann and told her about the job and she was happy for me .I also told my mom about the new at least now she don't have to be a nanny and do other jobs to take care of jade if I get this job.

I put on my short skirts and a tank top that have a v- neck  and a pair of high hills and strolled out of my apartment took a cab to James enterprise .then I noticed its a 48minuts drive from my house oh this is going to be a long day
