Lily POV
My life hasn't been too interesting over the past couple of months! We've been down to the quidditch field a few times but Wood is yet to tell us if we get to play on the team! I think it's a bit late now though! Dad or Harry, as he prefers to be called, says if he becomes the captain or even Fred and George we'll most likely be able to get on the team next year! Which is exciting!
Today McGonagall came around and asked about who was staying at Hogwarts. Dad still hasn't come up with a way to get us home so we all were all going to put our name down but Ron came over and said that his mum said we could stay at the Burrow! Which is really exciting because I love Christmas there! Hopefully, we'll be able to play hide and seek like normal! I always win that! And Quidditch! I can't wait to play quidditch on the field looking over the lake!!
I can't help but smile as I'm packing, thinking about all the fun I'll have with my cousins! It'll be like when we normally go over, except now instead of adults as our parents we'll have teenagers, but I'm sure it won't be too bad!
I touch my necklace. I miss Dad, I miss how when we normally went back I would be the first for him to hug. I miss how he would tell me all the adventures he normally goes on. And I miss how much fun it use to be when we use to talk and play quidditch. I really was Daddy's little girl.
Something was bothering me though, we had all came from the future and Dad always said everything happened for a reason so what was this reason? Should we help someone? Whenever I saw Sirius I always felt guilty, he looked so carefree now but in a couple of years he would be locked away with his spirit getting pulled from his body. I know next time I talk to dad I'm going to ask him if we can because I know that we should do something good while we are here.
