If looks could kill, I'd so be dead right now.
It seems to me someone has gotten uglier over the summer. Wow, now that I say this, I can't believe I actually haven't seen her since March. I'm surprised we never ran into each other.
Oh wait, right. Her rich ass spent her summer in Paris with her parents and two wictchy--(I mean bitchy) friends. Almost forgot.
But no seriously, she has gotten uglier. I don't know, maybe it's just her evil personality. Who knows?
I felt a tug on my left arm and I looked over to find May dressed in sweatpants, a grey T-shirt with her hair thrown in a messy bun. She sure was relaxed for only her second day back to school. That was so unlike her.
"Bitch alert at 12 o'clock," she mumbled, refurring to Bianca who was staring me down as if she was ready to just beat the shit out of me right then and there.
I rolled my eyes and scoffed. "Yeah, whatever. I am so over her bullshit. If she wants to have drama this year, she can argue with herself because I am so done."
May smriked sarcastically. "Easier said than done."
"No, really," I defended. "I am a diffrent person this year," I began as we made our way down the school hall. "Next year, I'll be off to college, and what will she be doing? Stuck working at a nail salon for the rest of her life."
"Jade," she simply said.
"What? Someone has to be the bigger person."
"And it certainly is not you if you're predicting that someone will be having a loser job at a nail salon while you go off to college."
I tilted my head slightly to the right, as she did prove a point. But who cared. "Whatever," I said, dismissively. "She's just so not worth my time."
The bell ring, indicating that we had only a minute to get to class.
"Well I gotta go," May told me. "See ya later at lunch."
"Okay, bye,"
"See ya."
As soon as May was out of sight, Bianca and her bitch crew came up to me, the fakest smile formed on their faces. "Well, hello," Bianca said. "How was your summer, Jade?" she cheered.
I smiled back, just as fake. "It was great, now move." I slightly pushed her off to the side as I began to make my way to class. But just as I escaped their little circle, I felt a hand on my wrist, pulling me back.
"Not so fast," she said, losing the sly grin.
I yanked my arm away from her. "Don't fucking touch me," I warned.
"Oh, I'm so scared."
"I'm sure you are," I stated.
"Look, Welsh, I don't have time for your bullshit."
"It sure seems like you do," I snorted.
"Well, you thought wrong. I just came to you to let you know that. . . Well, clearly we don't like each other," she started, just as her fake grin began to show back up on her face. "And, I just think you should know that I, uh... Learned a lot in Paris."
"Oh what? Things like 'bonjour'?"
She sarcastically smirked at me. "Very funny, but no. I just really am impatient about this whole situation, and I'm really not about to let you give me anxiety this year. So, to end off with that--don't fucking think, look, touch, or talk to me. Got it?"
