The second bad boy cliché is making it a bad boy book.
Bad boy sounds like something you'd call a dog.
Also, the plot is overused as fuck.
This entire plot has been shrivelled up and is now wrinkly due to how old it is.
Plotline:
Riley meets bad boy. Riley and bad-buy hate each other. Riley and bad boy become friends somehow. Riley likes bad boy and calls him Ryder. Ryder is a dick but he's nice to Riley. Riley always hangs out with him.
Ryder drags Riley to party. Riley gets molested/drunk/her drink gets spiked. Ryder saves her! He beats up the bad guy because Riley is spineless as fuck even though she's courageous around the bad boy.
Ryder and Riley do loads of things together. Riley develops feelings for Ryder but pushes them away and goes out with or kisses Ryder's friend/brother.
Riley dumps Ryder's friend/brother and goes out with Ryder.
The end.
And that's the entire story in a nutshell!
Oh, and Ryder has this tragic past and sometimes Riley has one too.
Cruel but true.
Yours faithfully,
