You may leave , I sighed heavily and looked at my mate , she's pale as ghost and there are many scratches and bruise on her face arms ,whole body its a miracle she'd survived .barely .
If I haven't find her sooner she'll be dead by now.
Thank goddess I found her.
Its been a week since I brought her here yet she still haven't regain conscious.
I just got her I can't lose her now.
I stroke her hand softly , bring it to my lips and kissed her knuckles , letting my lips linger for few moments.
"Please wake up mate "
I whisper to her, kissed her forehead and move out of the room.
"Link me if there's any changes "
I told the healer whom I have assigned to take care of my mate when I'm not around .

" you can't do a simple " I screamed at the voin volk .
" Alpha perhaps if I had a name it would be easier " he replied nervously.
" I don't tolerate lazy mutts , if you want easier then leave my pack " I said harshly and glare at him.
He swallowed nervously and bow his head , tilting his neck as a sign of submission to his Alpha.

" beta Zivon ,deal with his punishment " I ordered my beta who was standing silently in a corner. Observing.
" Yes Alpha " he replied solemnly , he then moves towards cabinet and he pour bourbon in two tumblers , and bring it to me , I raise my brow at him.
" you do know I have work to do " I told him.
" I know , but you need it " he replied and put the tumbler on the desk
I need it , he's right and its not like I'll get drunk , werewolf don't get drunk easily , it take a lot more than one shot for a werewolf to lose their sense to numbness. A tub full of acidic alcohol.
I grab the tumbler and gulp it down at once .
" how's the Luna " he asked worriedly, I stare at him before replying .
" same as before "
" she'll be fine Vlad " he said reassuringly , using my nickname given by him he's the only one who can call me that except my parents , Zevon was not only my beta but my best friend also . he's my brother not by blood but by heart. The Alpha and the beta's bond was like no other. They'll always have each other's back.
Just like I had his , mine for him.
" it's been a week and there's no progress in her condition " I said dejectedly.
"She's a fighter , she'll wake up soon. Moon goddess have selected her to be your Luna and ours. She wouldn't make her Luna if she wasn't strong . don't doubt her . " he replied.
" she's human " I remind him gruffly .
