Rachel's POV
Cece and I walked around town until six. We went back to her place for dinner. Her parents treated me like their own. I loved going to Cece's house because Cece was an only child, and the peace and quiet of her house was heaven for me.
"Happy birthday Rachel!" Her parents said when we walked in.
"Thank you." I said.
"What's for dinner?" Cece asked.
"Pizza." They said. It wasn't Pizza Hut pizza, it was homemade pizza and it was delicious.
"We got you a gift!" Cece said and pulled out a bag.
"You didn't have to." I said and looked at the gift. I was happy someone remembered.
"Open it!" Cece squealed.
I opened it and inside was Pitch Perfect, Pitch Perfect 2 and a shirt that said "Be my Chloe. I'll be your Beca." I smiled.
"I love it, thank you so much." I said.
"I figured you liked the shirt. I'm your Chloe and you're my Beca." Cece said.
"We're Bechloe!" I said and hugged her.
I put on the shirt and we went upstairs to watch the movies in her bedroom. I had a pretty good time. I hated the fact that my family forgot, but I loved that I could hang out with my best friend for my birthday.
I decided to bring a cupcake home with me, along with a candle and a lighter. I got home at eleven and went into my bedroom where Lilly was already asleep. I changed into my pajamas and sat on my bed. I lit the candle and closed my eyes. I opened them and looked at my clock. It was 11:09. I decided to wait until 11:11 for extra good luck. So, at 11:11 I blew out the candle.
"I wish I was Anna Kendrick." I whispered as I blew it out.
I took the candle out of the cupcake and took a bite.
"Happy birthday Rachel." I whispered.
Anna's POV
We were sitting in our hotel room defeated. We couldn't avoid the press no matter where we went. I hated it.
"When can we go to bed?" I whined.
"After you blow out your candles!" She said.
"Alright, let's get this over with." I said.
"It's almost 11:11, you should blow your candles out at 11:11, that'd be so cool!" Britt said.
"Okay." I said as she lit the candles. At 11:11 I closed my eyes and blew out the candle.
"I wish I was a normal girl." I whispered as I blew out the candles.
"Ooo! What did you wish for?" Britt asked.
"I'm not going to tell you!" I said.
"Please!" She begged.
"No!" I said.
We got into our beds and eventually drifted off to sleep. I hoped my wish would come true.
