After a dreadful 10 hour flight we are finally here. It's 7 p.m. American time, but here it's 4 a.m. so we decide to stay at a nearby hotel until we head to the stupid boarding school.

We arrive at Greenhill at 2 p.m. and so many teenagers are just walking around doing whatever they want. Surprisingly enough there are boys at this school. I would've thought they would ship me off to an all girls super strict school.

We walk to the office and a old lady with white hair smiles at us.

"Are you Serena Lance?" She asks me in an English accent.

"Yes, that's me," I reply dryly.

"Welcome!" She beams. "Here's your schedule for the semester and here's your dorm number!"

"Thanks," I say and take the papers.

My parents and I walk out of the office and start to head to my dorm.

"The dorm number is 117 in the girl's building," I say and we head to there.

We finally get to 117 and it's time for my parents to leave.

"Goodbye sweetie, good luck here and have fun! I love you so much!" My mom says and gives me a huge hug.

"Stay out of trouble and do you're very best. I love you kid," my dad says giving me a hug after my mom.

"Bye guys. Love you too," I wave and they leave.

I take a deep breath in and open the door of my dorm. To my surprise the rooms are pretty big. They have two double beds, a fridge, a microwave, two closets, two dressers, a small couch, and a flat screen TV. Also a bathroom with a shower! Not a public one! Luckily no ones in here right now. I really don't want to face my roommate. After I unpack everything I decide to call Chase.

"Hey baby," I hear Chase answer sleepily.

"Hey, sorry did I wake you?" I say back.

"Yeah but it's okay! How was your flight? Did you just land?" He asks me.

"No. I landed earlier this morning at 4 a.m. We decided to stay at a hotel and now I'm at the school. I got here an hour ago I just wanted to unpack and everything," I say through the phone.

"Oh cool. How's the school?"

"Not bad actually. The dorm's huge surprisingly. But, I've met no one so far. My roommate isn't in here, hopefully she isn't a psychopath," I laugh.

Chase laughs. "Let's hope not. I miss you already,"

"I miss you too," I say as a pretty and tan girl with light straight brown hair a little past her shoulders walks in the room. She has on an oversized white half sleeved sweater and jean shorts with black tall heels and a super bright blue purse.

"So whatcha doing?" Chase asks.

"Uh actually babe can I call you back later?" I ask.

"Yeah sure. Love you Serena,"

"Love you too," I say and hang up.

"Um hi, you must be my American roommate,"

"Yeah hey, I'm Serena," I say and smile, admiring her accent.

"Evie. But everyone just calls me E," she replies with a smile.

"Oh cool,"

"I'll show you around in a few I just have you use the loo real quickly!" She says and walks in the bathroom.

I snicker at the word loo and then decide to fix myself up. I walk over to mirror and apply some more power over my face and run some more mascara over my lashes. I leave my hair naturally wavy. I check out my outfit one last time. I'm wearing a navy blue crew-neck sweater-sweatshirt with some random college written in white on it with some ripped up high wasted jean shorts and black vans. I grab my maroon purse with gold studs on it as E walks out of the bathroom.

"Ready to go?" Evie asks me.

"Yeah!" I reply.

As she shows me around we get to know each other. "So what brings you to England?" E asks me.

"Well I got shipped here basically. My parents couldn't handle me I guess," I laugh.

Evie laughs.

"Why are you at boarding school?" I ask her.

"Well most English teenagers come to boarding school! My house is 30 minutes away from here! And this school is actually quite fun!" She tells me.

"Makes sense," I say.

"You'll love it here! After I show you around I'll introduce you to my friends!"

"Okay! Thank you Evie,"

"Anytime Serena! I'm just glad I didn't get a weirdo roommate," she says and we both laugh and agree.
