I call you that because I was trying to find you a nickname. At first it was 'Van' but then I told myself it wasn't a good nickname because these specific muggle cars are extremely creepy. Then I added a letter to Van which made Vans, but that's a shoe... So which is better, a shoe or a car? My answer was 'car'.
And after that, I only had to find a just as beautiful, majestic, unique and one of a kind car as you. And so, Ferrari was what I decided to call you, your name!
