Ok guys, this one is definitely going to be a tough one and something I have not only been given by others, but by myself.
Acceptance is key, and I'm not saying that I've fully found it yet, but I will.
I'm not skinny, I'm very curvy.
I have a flat stomach that sticks out.
I don't have a thigh gap.
I hate changing rooms in school and in stores for fear that things won't fit.
All of this is natural, you aren't alone; I go through it too.
But perhaps if we all Talk About It and learn to accept ourselves for the amazing people we are, then perhaps we will all be happier human beings (or Aliens, I'm not discriminating here).
