 ”Y-y-you want a d-d-ivorce?” You stammered, tears already pouring down your face. “Shit.” He murmured, he ran his hands through his hair. “You don’t get it.” He sighed, sitting up and looking right at you. “You don’t have to wake up next to you every morning.” That made you angry, how fucking rude was he gonna be to you. “What the fuck, Niall?” You yelled, standing up. “No wait!” He said standing up too. “You didn’t let me fucking finish!” He yelled and you knew this was the root of the problem, all the stupid fights. “There’s nothing else to say.” You muttered, turning on your heel and walking towards the door. “You don’t have to see how miserable you look, every fucking morning!” He yelled after you and you stopped, dead in your tracks. “You don’t have to look at your beautiful face every morning and look at that frown, the bags under your eyes, all the things that I’ve caused! I love you to no ends and you don’t know how much it hurts to know that I don’t make you happy. That you’re stuck with me…” He trailed off, getting quieter as his tears over took him. “I want you to be happy, I want to do this because I know you aren’t gonna see what I can, you’re never going to have to look at the one you love and see how miserable you make them. If you want to stay with me and let me make this work, I’ll do it. If you want me to beg, I’ll get down on my hands and knees. Hell, if you want me to propose again, I’ll do it.” He said, coming closer to you with every word. “But if you want me to leave,” He whispered, close enough to you that you could feel his breath on your face. “Say the word and I’ll go.” He whispered darkly, sending the best chills through your body. “Stay.” You whispered, looking at his lips and back to his eyes. “I thought you’d never ask.” He muttered, leaning in and taking the kiss for you.
