I know this is pretty abrupt, considering I just started the story a week ago. But, "Dress Blues" has a new home. I got the inspiration for this story a couple of weeks ago. If you've read the description, you already know that it is a love story about a Marine and an army nurse/therapist. Personally, I am really into psychology, and helping people in general. So, writing from the perspective of a grief and trauma counselor would not be an issue. Just yesterday, I was talking to a friend of mine who was a Marine for five years. I was telling him that I had NO IDEA whatsoever how to write from the perspective of a Marine. So, he said that he would help me. We ended up deciding to co-author the story.
I know it hasn't been up long enough to accumulate readers just yet, but if there is anyone at this point wanting to read the story you can find it on mine and Alex's shared account. It is AlexanderAndMcKenzi. The story's title will be the same.
I am really excited, because I feel like the combination of points of views from two different people will make the story all the more enticing. And, Alex knows what he is talking about, definitely. So, please do go follow our account and read "Dress Blues" from there.
I will leave the description, prologue, and this note on my own account in case anyone happens to stumble on it.
Thank You So Much,
Kenzi <3
(P.S., I love you all)
