{4} Jacob

{Jacob X Reader}

          You and Jacob were sitting on your couch in your apartment. Jacob had put a comedy movie on since he loved watching you laugh. It was in the middle of the movie when you heard thunder rumbling outside. You ignored the noise trying to stay calm. Jacob didn't know at the time, but you were deadly afraid of thunderstorms.

A lighting strike came down and made the windows light up with white .You immediately jumped up and hopped on top of Jacob's lap. You hid in Jacob's jacket about to start having an anxiety attack. Jacob wrapped his arms around you understanding that you were freaking out about the thunderstorm.

You whispered in Jacob's chest "Sorry, I..I have a big fear of thunderstorms," You said as loud as your voice would allow. "It's okay, I got you now." You smiled. Another lighting strike came down . Jacob rubbed your back and put one of his hands in your hair to stroke it. You started to calm down.

Jacob whispered loving little words into your ear to help you fall asleep so the rest of the thunderstorm wouldn't affect you. Your eyes drew droopy as his meaningless whispers made you want to go to sleep. You fell asleep and Jacob smiled knowing that you were asleep. He got up holding you in his arms.

He walked over to your bedroom and walked through the door. He walked in sideways making sure not to hit your head against the doorway. He sat you down on your bed and covered you with a blanket.

He laid down next to you and wrapped his arms around you to insure you that he was still there. He fell asleep as well. You weren't that afraid of thunderstorms anymore when Jacob was around after that.
