As Thea sauntered down from her throne in the council room, she proclaimed at the top of her lungs, "Who or whatever let this monster out I swear on my own throne on olympus I will personally make sure that you land in the Field Of Punishment when I'm done with you. As Thea shook in anger she began to gleam with a brightness that could rival Helios or Apollo. Still fuming with anger, I observed the angrier she became the brighter she began to glow.
Walking to the edge of the platform she called back to the rest of us who were still sitting, "I'll be back before nightfall, if I'm not then Roma may come looking for me. I need to speak with Pluto and Hades. Without another word she silently jumped of Olympus.
The longer we waited for Thea to return the more sirens went of signaling to us that more creatures of destruction had be released.
As night fell upon the city as Thea said she returned. As she neared that council room, I began to see why she was gone for so long and why I had heard screaming but it was so faint I ignored it. The closer she came closer to us it became more and more evident that whatever she had just gone toe-to-toe with was a monster that should not have been released. Once she reached her throne, she stared at it and sat directly in front of it, and began to cry.
As her sobs became further apart and she began to hiccup she said in a barely audible voice," This is bad. This is very bad. At this rate by tomorrow morning he'll have every monster out and creating chaos which will only strengthen him."
Letting my curiosity get the best of me, speaking quietly in her ear, I asked, "Who is he?"
Dropping her head back in her hands she hesitantly responded," Chaos. He wants what he claims is his, and with the monsters on his side by tomorrow night he'll have enough strength to return and purge earth of all live and return everything back to eternal darkness.
With those words she excused herself and left to her quarters, which by the look on her face before she left, I assuming is to cry in peace some more. I didn't stop her because with those words, I knew that we had to gather every half blood, cyclops, immortal, and nature deity on our side or this entire thing was hope less.
Without any hesitation, every god and goddess got up and got to work we had less than 24 hours to assemble an army and, come up with a battle plan. Looking over at Ares and Mars they looked like a kid watching the Olympics for the first time. Every one continued to gather people all night.
