It's that time of year for christmas spirit
All around the world, we love it
We hang our stockings up for Santa
Or celebrate Jesus, hosanna!
Teens take a breath from all the schoolwork
Christmas holiday, oh the perks!
Candy canes hanging on the tree
Along with shiny lights, happy me!
Everything pretty, green and red
Shopping presents, it's driving me mad
Christmas songs on, a whole month early
Baby it's cold outside, but let it be
I'm singing Fa la la in the streets
Whilst choking on my Christmas sweets
And then the parties, please dress nicely
But even with a sweater, I feel like VIP
Almost everyone happy, singing along

Wish it would snow outdoors
The season nobody can ignore
You see me pacing the floor
Thinking about the insanity I adore
