"I will do it again if I have too."she said as looked into those dark brown eyes.i couldn't hold back anymore so I crashed my lips onto hers and damn she kissed back it felt so good man she even added some tongue.

Until she pulled away.

"Why did you pull back?"I got closer to her but she backed up a few steps.

"Because Josh."she turned away to avoid looking at me.i know what it is.

"Is it because I'm white?"I couldn't hold back from her I was aggravated.right now she was looking down in front of me.

"So that's what it is huh?just because I'm white I'm not good enough for you!"
I went for the door before she stopped me.

"It's not like that Jos-"I cut her off

"Then what is it dream!cuz all I've ever done to you was show you how better you are then all of these girls,damn I can't believe I was stupid to even try!"I opened the door and left.

Her aunt asked what's wrong but just said family emergency.

30 minutes later

I opened my front door and saw my mom cooking some dinner.
back when I was 5 years old I was sent to a foster home by my "mom" cuz she didn't want me.two years later,Rachel brown adopted me it was a whole new experience for me I was never raised by a black family before and I loved it.they taught me how to love,cook,and even treat a woman most people don't know about this except for my homie King we've been best friends sense the third grade and ever sense then were like brothers....

"Hey Josh why are you home so late?"she said starring at me with a raised eyebrow.

"I was doing an project with dream."I just went to my room and closed the door.

All night I ever thought about was dream and our argument we had.

I turned on my phone and saw

5 missed calls from King and 3 text

I called King.

"What's up man I've been calling all day."

I laid down on my bed.

"Nothing just was dealing with dream earlier,how's the trap going?"I checked under my bed for my bag of money and some drugs,still there.

"It's all good we made over 50k this morning and restored all the drugs."

"Good I'll be there next 10."

"So what's up with you and dream she called me earlier asking where you were."

"I'll tell you when I get there."

"Ight coo."

I hung up and went to the kitchen to grab my moms keys when she grabbed them before me.

I looked up at her and she had her hand on her hip.

Here it goes.

"Joshua dean Thompson,what in the hell is going on with you two?"

"Nothi-"

"Eh now tell me the truth before you stay home."

I looked up at her and sighed this woman i swear.

"I kissed her and she pulled back."she laughed a lil.

"So your mad because she pulled back honey?"I rubbed the back of my neck.

"No I'm mad because I think I'm falling for this girl ma.I never fell for a girl before and she's different from the rest."I looked up at her and she was smiling.she gave the keys.

"Go tell her how you feel maybe she'll understand baby."she gave me a hug before pushing me out the door.

"Bye to you too then."she flicked me off and closed the door.

I just shook my head drove off to the trap.

Aye yo it's your boy King!I'm 17 and I go to waterfall high with my home boy Josh,me and him been brothers sense the third grade.but ima keep it real,I'm not the type to cuff em I'm more of a hit and diss type of dude.im not into that love shit thats bullshit Tbfh.but anyways I'm Dominican,Italian,and African American,and I worked with Josh in the trap house sense we were 15 years young.....

Josh pulled up and dapped me.

"So what's up man?"I said as we walked into Josh's office.he closed the door and looked at me.oh hell.

"I think I'm falling for her bro."I blinked twice before saying sum.

"Nah man you already did."to my surprise  I actually talked about love like it was an actual subject.

"You sure man?"he rubbed the back of his neck looking up at me.i just laughed.

"Yeah I'm sure nigga."we both laughed before counting the money in the safe.

"So what should I do?"he said almost choking.
I smacked him beside the head making him look at me crazy.

"Listen to mama brown duh."

We both laughed.

"How do you know that she told me sum?"he said putting the money away.

"Obviously we all know that she already got it out of you."he sucked his teeth as I shook my head.

"So explain what happened exactly."he sighed and told me everything.

We made our way to the cars and saw dream waiting.we both looked at each other and I dapped him before I left.i hope this shit goes well they belong together...
