Chapter 1 - Human Hunting

"Hey mum! Where's my school skirt!" I yelled from up stairs. I have to be at school pretty early now. Since I'm a senior its appropriate to show up early. Its so annoying.

But I guess its alright, I get to see my friends earlier. "Honey? What's wrong?" My mum asked coming in the doorway. I sighed. "My skirt. I can't find it." I said and rummaged through my draws.

My mum laughed from behind me. I stood up and put my hands on my hips. "What?" I asked her. She shook her head and walked to my closet.

She pulled out my school skirt. I gaped. "I checked there." I whispered. Mum walked over to me and handed the skirt over. "Don't be a downer. Now hurry up. Your going to be late." She said with her bright smile.

I smiled back and hurried up. I brushed my thick ebony hair and grabbed my school bag. I got half way down the stairs when I looked at my feet. Aw geez.

I'm such a klutz. Sighing I ran back to my room and put on my shoes. Good. Grinning I ran downstairs and bumped into dad. He smiled. "Morning sweetie." I kissed his cheek and left to the kitchen. My lunch lay on the bench. "Bye mum! Dad!" I yelled and ran out of the house. I don't have a car yet so I have to walk.

I got to the school gates and walked in. A few firsts years waved at me. I waved back. My locker was near the west side so I used the elevator. I go to Honyas Community High.

Its a really big school. Some of the smartest people went here. I scoffed. I'm not smart. But I'm not dumb either. So that's a bonus. "Ziya! Wait up!" I turned and found my squealing best friend running towards me.

She hugged me. "Hey Crissy." I said. She beamed and linked arms with me. "How's Michael?" She asked with a wink. If your wondering who Michael is well he's one of my closest friends. We grew up together.

And Crissy thinks that were dating. I rolled my eyes at her. "I've told you before, we are not dating. And yes he's fine. To be honest he's actually excited today." I said. Michael texted me last night about a swimming club or something. "Why's he excited?" Crissy asked. I shrugged.

"Don't know. He said something about joining a swimming club." I said and unlocked my locker. Growing up Michael has always been fantasied by the water.

The bell went as soon as I got my stuff. "I'll see you at lunch." Crissy said. I smiled at her. "Okay." She ran off. I shut my locker and headed to my class. My spine gave off this tingly feeling.

Like someone's watching me. I turn and look around. No one is in the halls. I shrugged and headed off. But I couldn't keep my mind off of that feeling. Its like someone was there, just watching me. Its really creepy.

After my two periods of boring classes I walked to the cafeteria. My group was in the far corner. I smiled and walked over to them. "Hey guys." I said to them. I sat next to Jessie. He was eating already as always.

I rolled my eyes and got out my sandwich. Jessie eyed it. I moved it away from him. "Mine." I said. When I was gonna pull it back to me it wouldn't budge. I turn to see Coda eating it.

Growling I take my hands off it and cross my arms. "I never eat my own food." I fake pouted. But it was true. The boys eat my food all the time. Sighing I looked in the bag and beamed.

Thank you mum. I shoved the bread in my mouth and ate. I shivered. That weird feeling is back again. I turned around.

No one seems to be looking at me. "Ziya? What's wrong?" Crissy asked. I shook my head. "Nothing." I dismissed. I'm hoping I'm right.

Jace
"Come on Ace!" I yelled as I pushed my twin brother further down the street. "Oh for fuck sake Jace I'm not as fast as you!" My younger twin brother yelled from behind me as I jumped on yet another rooftop. "Come on its not that...woah. What do we have here." I asked and Ace caught up to me and stared at the same girl I was.

Her long  ebony hair bounced as she walked down the street. "Haha watch this." I said as I manipulated the wind making her skirt fly up. She quickly pushed her skirt back down and look around before continuing walking. Ace and I shared a laugh and followed her to see what she was up to.

We followed her but hesitated as she walked up to some preppy ass school.."oh great." Ace said and I smiled as I saw another girl with blonde hair, about the same age as the other one, link their arms. "I have an idea." I said as we dropped from the rooftops and entered the school.

We followed the girls, ignoring the countless stares from the other rich stuck up bitches around here. "So what's the plan?" Ace asked and I smiled as the blonde haired girl skipped off. "Just follow my lead." I said as I followed the girl.

I used my magic to teleport me and Ace into a class room. Don't know what its about, nor do I care. I watch as the girl got closer and just as she skipped past the door, I opened the door, reached out, grabbed her and pulled her inside the class room. "Hey whats the...deal." she said as she stared at us both. "Who are you two?" she asked nervously and cutely.

Damn humans can be cute. I might want one. She didn't seem afraid of us. She probably felt the same affects most girls do. Lust. I step closer as she steps back but that doesn't stop me.

Her back finally hits the wall and I smile at her. I rest my hand on the wall beside her head. "Well aren't you pretty." I said and she blushed some more.

I moved the hair from her face. "My brother and I have a question and I need you to be honest with us. I'll reward you for it obviously." I said "You were with a girl earlier. About your height, ebony hair." I said and she beamed. "Oh that's my friend. Ziya." she says and my smile widens. "Ziya. Well we need a favour okay." I said and she nods her head.

My eyes go the bright red colour as I take control of her mind. "Your gonna report back to me everyday. Where she goes. Who she goes with. Where she hangs out. You'll tell us everything." I said as I made a connection so I could see through her eyes whenever I wanted.

"Of course." she says now completely under my control. "Good girl." I said stepping closer so my bodies pressed against hers. "Now I'll reward you." I said as I kissed her neck and nibbled her collarbone.

She giggles and I hear Ace complain as I unbutton her shirt. "Come on man I'm still here and I ain't hooking up with her while you're here." he says and I laugh. "Fine then go." I said before I grunted in pain clutching my head. Ace did the same.

"Guys dads extremely pissed and hes taking it out on me! Get back here now before I kill you myself!"

Our little sister yells in our heads. I growl and look back at our little spy. "Listen here sweetness. Sorry I'm gonna have to pay you later. Meet me later tonight and I'll pay you good." I said as I put a piece of paper with my address on it into her bra.

We may not live in this dimension but Ace and I still have a house here. She nod before quickly buttoning up her shirt and walking out.  "Better get back before dad kills us." Ace says and I nod in agreement before pushing myself through dimensions and straight back down to hell.
