The pendant

After that steamy session with drew in the hallway he left me there with a smirk on him face and me with widen eyes. I've never had someone have that affect on me and I'll make dam sure I'm not by myself with him again. We went to go get ice cream after getting dressed real fast.

Later that day I just finished watching the newest season of supernatural when my phone rang. I saw it was a call from kelly. I squealed cause I haven't talked her in forever but dread it at the same time. I know I was going to scolded and yelled at but I missed them so much I didn't care.
Kelly: girl you better explain yourself for not calling me or anything...
Halie: bitch I thought you were dead!
Brie: your so lucky I miss you so much that I'm not going to scold you...
Me: you all I'm so so so sorry for not calling and checking up with you guys! I've just been so busy and meeting the people that live here.
Halie: yeah you better be sorry but we miss you so much!
Kelly: mhm, well please give us the details on this new life.
Brie: yes! Pictures now.
( I send them the pictures I've taken )
Them: holy shit! It's a mansion! You live with rich people now Jordan?!
Me: yeah but they aren't snobs and I've made some new friends! You guys would totally love them!
Them: wait! Hold the phone....you've made new friends?!
Me: yeahhhhhh but I haven't left you all in the dust! Don't ever think that!
Them: that better be your answer but tell us about the people you live with!
Me: okay, well it's two guys.
Them: what?!
Me: yes, one is 21 and his name is Christian and the other is the same age as me and his name is drew.
Them: they hot?!
Me: sighs, yes they are very hot but that's beside the point.
Them: oh my Lordy Jesus....have you like spent time with them alone?
Me: um well you see I had a steamy make out session with drew yesterday and I quit before things got to far.
Them: Good don't let no one near that precious cookie jar bitch.

That phone call lasted for about four hours but I've found out what's been happening since I'm gone, Brie and Korbin  are going on a date soon, kelly is still talking to this one dude named manny, and Halie is still on and off with Matt. A maid comes into my room to tell me Christian would like to see me. I walk into his office and see him sitting i front of his fire place drinking some coffee since it's late and I guess he has more work to do.

I walk over to the other seat and sit down. I look over to see Christian smiling at me warmly. I smile back." Jordan, how are you liking it so far here?" He asked looking serious." I'm liking it nicely, everyone in the staff is very nice and helps me with whatever, even if I decline." I say politely. He chuckles and says ," Jordan you can be yourself with me, don't act so proper and polite. I'm only a few years older than you." Christian says smiling and I notice he has dimples.

Blushing that he has caught on to my politeness, " sorry, but yeah everyone is really nice here and I want to thank you for all the things you have gotten me since I've been here." He leans forward in his chair towards me," it hasn't been an issue at all, but I want to talk about the new school you'll be going to." I nod my head and e continues." Alright well you'll be going to saint Mary's academy. Its a private school and it starts at 6 in the afternoon and ends at midnight.

Yes I know sounds very strange but it's much better than wasting your day at school. You go every day except Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So four days a week." I wonder to myself why the school starts at night but my mind hangs on the fact that I have to make new friends and start all over at a new school. "Don't worry, drew, Emma and I think all her friends go to the academy so u think you'll be alright with the friends problem. Also I have some friends that teach there as well that are super nice that I can introduce you too if you like."

I smile at him for understanding where I'm coming from," no thank you I think I'll make new friends on my own but do I have to wear a uniform?" I ask interested because I've never had to wear one before. "Awe yes, you do but the truth is that they aren't horrible. The color are nice in my opinion aswell. They are red, black and white. The uniform for girls consists of a red or black blazer with the school emblem on it, a white button down, a plaid skirt, then black belt, black or red tie."

"Okay so do we have to wait for the uniform and when am I starting school?" I ask taking it all in. "We already have all the options for girl uniforms in the room. Also you start Tuesday which is tomorrow. So I suggest you go pick out what your wearing and  Emma will be here In a few to go shopping with you for school supplies, shoes, accessories." My mouth drops open at what Christian says. I'll be starting a new school tomorrow and late today I'll be going shopping once again.

"There's no need i have things I bought already" I say quietly to Christian. He smirks and grabs my knee," Jordan, I want you to have anything and everything you want and I'm pretty sure that finding your own unique style while wearing a uniform is quite important so Emma is gonna help you." He finished that statement with standing up and walking over to his desk to get something.

"Jordan, I just want to say thank you for coming to live with us, even though we took away everything you knew or cared for. I know it was rough leaving behind your family and friends but I must say how very well you have been taking this and not getting frustrated, asking questions and most of all being rude. This is all a major part of life that fate has in store for you but I wanted to give you this. I want you to always wear this. This is a gift hat has been passed down for centuries. It was my mothers before but now I'm giving it to you."

He pulls out a vintage ruby necklace that sparkles even in the shadows. Christian comes behind me, sweeps my hair to one side and clasps the necklace on. I feel the cold pendant press against the center of my chest and hold my hand against it. He whispers in my ear," it's looks beautiful on you Jordan." I blush and turn my body to face him. Come to find out he was right behind me and my forehead comes right to the center of his chest. Christian chuckles before grabbing my chin so I can look up at him.

His eyes a mix of green with golden speckles around the pupal makes me loose myself. I study his face slowly not realizing that he's doing the exact same. We are so close that I can smell his minty breathe, that's fanning my cheek and I feel heat radiating off him like a heater. My eyes widen at are proximity and I move back a few inches. A look crosses over his face but I don't recognize it.

"Thank you so much for giving me the honor to wear this necklace when it means so much to you and your family." I say looking Christian in the eyes. "It's always my pleasure Jordan. I mean it if you need anything, or even simply want to talk I'm here. Just come find me." I nod and smile at him. " same goes for you, but I'm pretty sure I won't need anything else." "I know but the offer will forever stand." He says finally.

"I know this is like the billionth time I've said this but thank you so much and I want you to know how much i appreciate all the things you've done for me already." I say then walk out of his office back to the kitchen;momma M.
