AMV that I love ^^^ And some Suga
Sugawara Koushi never thought that he would become one of the most wanted criminals in Tokyo. He had tried many times to become an honest person, but the thrill of living life on the run always dragged him back in.
Besides, he wasn't alone anymore. He had the rest of his team to back him up. They were worth the risk.
It was winter, and Suga's coat blocked out most of the chill. Wind stung his cheeks and made his breathing sharp.
People all around him were tense and worried, but he was perfectly calm. It gave a sense of security that he was part of the source that was causing all of this panic. He wasn't worried in the slightest. His team was highly capable, and was always coming up with new ways to avoid capture. Suga began humming. It was a lighthearted tune, just notes selected at random. He didn't have far to go, but he was late. A new neighbor had moved in on his floor, a short firey man by the name of Hinata Shoyo.
Suga was less than pleased about this, as Hinata was a new member of the main police force for this part of Tokyo. It was a complication. Complications brought flaws, flaws brought failure. This was going to take hours of new planning. The papers in his bag rustled quietly as he approached one of the many looming apartment buildings.
He pushed open the glass doors, and stepped inside. The building was warm thankfully, and Suga retired his coat before waving to the person at the front desk. Then he approached the elevators and pushed the 'up' button in front of the sleek metal doors.
Akaashi only lived on the fifth floor which was good. They used the fire escapes to get in and out of buildings, as to avoid cameras. Suga's mind drifted back to their most recent heist, just last week. Yamaguchi, although brilliant had been jerky and stiff with nerves. That would need to be fixed before their next job.
The thought of their next job thrilled Suga. It was going to be one of their bigger ones. One of the museums in Tokyo had recently acquired a large collection of valuable gems. Security was tight, and the new addition to the police would cause them to completely adjust their plan they had been working on for months.
The elevator stopped, the doors opening and Suga jumped. Stepping into the carpeted floor, Suga laughed at himself for being so jumpy. He walked down the hall, counting the numbers on the side of the wall as he approached Akaashi's apartment. 343, 344, and 345. He knocked on the door, and Akaashi's familiar piercing grey green eyes met his own brownish gold ones. The door opened, and Suga stepped inside.
The rest of the team was seated on the three couches in the living room of Akaashi's pristine apartment. There was one light blue couch, one white couch, and one light grey couch. Suga took a seat on the white one. "So why are you late?" A voice asked from the light blue couch. It was Oikawa Toru. He had brown hair that was styled in a way that was on the border between elegant and wild. His eyes were like pools of coffee, and glinted with intelligence and humor.
"Well, I was helping a new neighbor. He also happens to he the new addition to the main police force! You know, nothing important." His reply was sarcastic, but his eyes laughed. Oikawa scowled teasingly, but the rest of the group had displeasure painted across their faces at the news. Suga's apartment was one of the places they used often, since it was large and on the fourth floor. Meetings were going to be hard to coordinate without suspicion.
Suga looked around from his seat to make sure everyone else was there. On the light blue couch sat Oikawa Toru, Kageyama Tobio, Nishinoya Yu, and Ennoshita Chikara. On the light grey couch sat Yamaguchi Tadashi, Kuroo Testuro, and Yaku Morisuke. On his couch, there was Terushima Yuuji, Shimizu Kiyoko, himself, and Akaashi Keiji who was perched on the very edge.
Perfect. A clock chimed somewhere withing the other rooms, and the meeting officially started. Pictures, maps, blueprints, printed sheets of paper, and scraps with rushed scrawls were layed on the glass coffee table in the middle of all the couches.
"So, that's the new cop?" Kageyama asked, gesturing towards the picture of a short man with a beaming smile, hazel eyes, and firey orange hair Suga had layed down on the table.
"Yup." All eyes turned to Kuroo then, who was looking at a map. Kuroo knew everything about everyone. Their job, favorite food, bad habits, even their grandmother's names. The guy just had a lot of time on his hands.Kuroo began speaking without looking up. "His name is Hinata Shoyo, as we have been informed, as you also already know, he is the new cop on the main force. He lives in Suga's apartment in room 377, five rooms away from Suga. He gets a matcha creme frappucino every morning at approximently 8:30 AM." The map was layed down and a notepad with a bunch of scrawls in Yamaguchi's messy cursive was picked up.
"So, how are we going to work around this?" Nishinoya asked.
"I say we read out the list of cops that are going to be around the area on the date of the heist." Ennoshita responded, picking up a printed police report, and handing it to Terushima.I love this AU, but see like none of them out here soo... Here we are!
