The Argument Chapter 3

September 21,1988

I can’t believe you thought I was like that Ricky,and guess just what. You just like the little boys off the street. When you think you found the right one think he could never do wrong but i learned that the hard way. you told me that you loved me but you knew all along that you were lying.

You just wanted to see if you could get me wrapped around your finger you wanted me to believe you loved me so you could break my heart are you happy now Ricky? that’s what you thought now when i get a boyfriend i can’t even tell him i love him Ricky do you know why? Because of what you did to me Ricky, You told me you were leaving two or three days before you lift.

Well guess what Ricky are you happy i fell for it.When you lift i cried and cried because i truly loved you but you didn’t love me you just wanted me wrapped around your finger like everybody else has someone wrapped around their finger.( I said all of this to Ricky in front of Asia so she heard it all so she’s my witness)

    September 22,1988

My mom’s letting me go to this party tomorrow night but she wants me to go with Ricky and i ain’t going with his messed up behind.what am i’m going to do and how am i going to get to the party cause i’m not going with him.( Asia told Casey and Caylee about the fight me and Ricky had yesterday )  Hey u should tell your mom your sick and when she goes to sleep go to the party Asia said. We all started to laugh but i stopped. Caylee said what’s wrong with you katie. that plan just might work but i need a way to get there. Casey said hey we can pick u up at 11:00, my mom will. Are u sure i said. Yea she picking Casey and Asia up around 10:45.So i will be ready around 10:45.

When we got to the party i saw jackson and he saw me so i ran to him and hugged him.

Hey i thought you said you weren’t going to be here i thought you had something else to do.

Yea about that i had to do something for my mom just so she would let me even come to this party.

What did you have to do?

I had to wash the dishes and i hate doing the dishes.

That’s not so bad,Hey i’ll be back don’t wait for me because i don’t know how long i’m going to be and i don’t want you to look like a fool just standing here waiting on me.

Whatever ( Jackson kissed me on the cheek and walked away.)

I walked over to Casey and jackson,Caylee and Steven,and Asia and Kobe.I hugged them after we talked for a little while Jackson Steven and Kobe walk away. At that moment i turned my head. OMG.

What’s wrong Katie they all said at the same time.

( I saw Jackson and Ricky talking to each other)

Look over there. We all looked Jackson told us to come here i think he wanted us to meet Ricky but he didn’t know that i used to go out with him.

Hey i see u too meet i said.

You know him Jackson said.

Yea Jackson Ricky and i used to go out in sixth grade.

Why didn’t you tell me that?

Well we’ve been kinda busy.

What? why didn’t you tell me you had another boyfriend because you know i came back with the intention of getting back with you.
