The CIS (Confederacy of Independent Systems), or the Separatist Alliance, was a faction of solar systems who were displeased with the Republic, and formed the Separatist Alliance, under the rule of Count Dooku. To fight off the numerous Jedi and clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic, the Separatists had a variety of droids and ships, each with different uses and capabilities.
