Hello, lovely people, how have you all been?
This is not an update - and I hardly think there will be - but it's an author's note. I was reading 'The Fault in our Stars' a few days back and I came across the part where Augustus and Hazel were discussing about how there's a silent contract between the author and the reader. In some ways I feel really guilty for not updating this story and paying less attention to it. I've pushed it way back in my mind and I don't think I'd be able to finish it; not right at the moment, at least. But I want to think that I'd finish it one day – someday.
I admit I never planned much for this story because I was writing it for practice. I was never serious about it and I wish I was. This story will always be dear to me because it was my first story on this account.
Since I don’t think I’ll update it in the near future, I must give you some answers.
Emma does die in the end, but only after confessing the whole thing to Luke, Bruce and Chloe. The three of them were shocked to find it and they were upset because Emma didn’t tell them any sooner. Bruce and Chloe get together sometime later while Luke misses Em the most. Luke and Bruce keep brushing up Carlos’ skills and he ends up being the best at what he does. Lots of things happen, but no day goes by when they don’t miss Emma. She’s alive in their hearts and prayers.
That’s all I thought about the story and I’m afraid this is the end. I’m sorry if this was not up to your expectations. I do apologize. However, you can read my other stories – and I promise all of them will be finished in due time.
Thanks a bunch for being there for Emma, Luke, Bruce, Chloe and Carlos. Thanks for reading this. You can always message me on Wattpad or on my Ask (the link's in my bio and the external link). Feel free to talk to me, I love to make new friends. :)
