Sarah's Pov

I walked into Mr Blofis' class and asked the same question I asked every day. Is Percy back yet?

I waited for his reaction, you see Percy has been missing for eight months, I and a few of his friends are really worried about him.

'He's sorting out family issues, now please take a seat,' said Mr Blofis.

I took a seat as he started roll call and Mack leaned over and asked if Percy was back yet; I shook my head and the looks on my friends' faces were a mix of worry and concern. I assumed that my face looked like that too. Mr Blofis was getting to the last name and someone was pushing open the door and there stood a male with raven black hair and sea green eyes; he was wearing an orange tee-shirt with writing on it which was obviously not English. Mr Blofis looked up and a huge smile appeared on his face, Percy's friends surrounded him and tackled him in a hug. Mr Blofis was about to say something but Percy beat him to it.

'We all came back alive,' he said giving him a side grin. I missed this grin I just missed him, it was so lonely at school none of his friends were happy without him, but he's here and I couldn't believe it.

'Oh my gods Percy I thought you were dead!' I screamed, thunder shook the sky and Percy just eye rolled, and muttered something in Latin.

Percy Pov

I walked through the door and was instantly tackled into a hug from all my friends, well Mortal friends anyway. I was about to sit down when the principal called over the loud speaker 'Come to the assembly hall we're having an assembly'. Great, haven't been back five minutes and already have to go to assembly. We made our way to the hall. As I entered I almost died, up on the stage were the fourteen major gods from Olympus. I made my way to my seat and sat down, the principal looked agitated but also scarred, probably from the gods.

'Hello children, these people are here to talk to you please show them your utmost respect, thank you.' He stepped back down and let Zeus stand and talk. He went up to the mic and said 'Who here knows about Greek mythology?'

'Percy knows more than anyone!' yelled Jack. Then I noticed that Apollo and Hermes were not there and I got the feeling they were in the audience and I have another feeling this will involve me somehow. Athena's eyes danced with amusement at the fact I was the best in the school.

'Well, these myths are true, we are the gods, I'm the goddess Athena, goddess of wisdom and battle strategy,' said Athena. Some kid shouted out and asked who the others we're but I was too distracted to work out who said it.

She pointed to the gods in turn 'that's Zeus the god of the sky and lightning. Poseidon the god of the seas, earth shaker and horse creator. Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, the riser of the moon, animals and an archer. Apollo god of the sun, healing, the oracle and an archer. Ares the god of war and bloodshed. Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty. Hera the goddess of marriage and family and the queen of heaven. Hermes the god of thievery, merchandise and travelling. Hephaestus the god of fire and blacksmith to the gods. Dionysus the god of wine and celebration. Demeter the goddess of agriculture. Hades, god of the underworld. Hestia the goddess of the hearth and home'. The entire hall was quite until some idiot called out and asked where Apollo and Hermes were and Athena answered, 'In the audience,' everyone looked around uneasily.

'Anyway, we're here to discuss the greatest hero,' said Zeus.

'Hercules!' someone shouted.

"The greatest hero in this millennia will he please come up?' it was a demand more than a question from Zeus.

After a few minutes when no one went up Zeus told Apollo and Hermes to do what they had to do.

'Hey cuz,' said Apollo, I jumped out of my skin and my friends turned to look at Apollo.

'See I told you this was necessary,' said Hermes.

'Come on Perce, up you get,' said Apollo.

'Wait, why do you want Percy?' asked Mathew.

I ignored Mathew's question and turned to Apollo and Hermes who were right behind me and clearly stated I did not want to go.

'No, you are coming up,' said Hermes.

I told them very clearly no again, but that was not enough to convince them since one minute I'm in my seat the next I'm on stage in front of everyone.

'Now, the hero is Percy Jackson,' said Zeus.

A blinding light filled the room and when it cleared I had a pile of bodies on top of me.

'Get your foot out of my face, Death Breath!'

'Then get you face out of my foot, Pinecone face!'

'All of you off and then we work out where we are!'

'I know, and get off me before you have Riptide at your throat,' I perked up.

Everyone yelled Percy at the same time which was strange since I'm pretty shore we don't do that often.

'Okay where are we?' asked Annabeth.

'At school,' I said, everyone shouted this time but with different words like 'no' or 'I'm going to kill you' so yeah, family reunion.

Once we were all standing up again the others noticed the gods and mortals, my friends looked like a truck hit them which I've seen happen so I know, before anyone could say anything a letter floated down, I picked it up and read it.

Dear confused mortals and angry demigods,

You will be reading about Percy and his friends. We are doing this for a few reasons: one, we felt like it; two, Apollo and Hermes wanted to see their cuz and because the school should learn about you, Perseus Jackson. We want you to say your name and parent, please don't use full titles. You're welcome, Percy, we know you hate your full title, also the mist has been lifted so they will remember this.

P.S no maiming or sparing, also no using lighting, Thalia and Jason, no rising the dead, Nico and Hazel, and no tsunami, Percy, do not use any of that against the humans, anyway.

'Do the fates hate me? Wait, never mind they do hate me!' I yelled.

'Here's the book, bye,' said Zeus.

After the light that nearly blinded us, we introduced our selves.

'Clarisse La Ru, daughter of Ares'.

'Chris son of Hermes'.

'Conner'

'And Travis Stoll sons of Hermes'.

'Annabeth Chase daughter of Athena'.

'Nico Di Angelo, son of Hades.

'Jason son of Jupiter'.

'Hazel daughter of Pluto'.

'Frank son of Mars'.

'Katie daughter of Demeter.'

'Thalia just Thalia say my full name and I will kill you, oh by the way I'm the daughter of Zeus'.

'Piper daughter of Aphrodite'.

'Leo son of Hephaestus'.

'Reyna daughter of Bellona'.

'Mitchell son of Aphrodite'.

'Lacy daughter of Aphrodite'.

'Will son of Apollo'.

'Rachel Dare Oracle of Delphi'

'Well you know me I'm Percy Jackson son of Poseidon and let's read.' I said.

'I'm reading first,' said Annabeth.
