- EDITED -

The week went by quickly, and as of tomorrow, there are only two weeks left till I go back to school for a little while. I was just finishing up my night shift, changing back to my own clothes, and I walked over to my car. I unlocked my car and drove home. It was six in the morning, and I am glad to have the day off, but I have to go to work in 24 hours, so I shouldn't sleep for long now, or else I won't make it through the early shift tomorrow.

There were very few cars on the road when I was driving home, which is really nice. I parked in the driveway and I went inside. Both Miranda and Amy were already up. "Morning" I said, and I was pretty awake compared to them.

"Morning" they both smiled at me. We talked a little while before Miranda left for work and Amy left for school. I sat down on the couch and then my tiredness caught up with me. I set an alarm for eight, so that would give me two hours of sleep, and should be enough, along with a couple of coffee cups, and then I can go to sleep later tonight.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm and decided to change into some workout clothes and go for a run. I put my hair into a ponytail and put on my sneakers. I grabbed my air pods and started my run. After a good 40 minutes of running, I finally reached the driveway as I stopped. Is that Liam's car? I walked towards the door and there was Liam. He smiled at me and I took my air pods out.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him, unlocking the door and walking inside. I was really thirsty. I kicked my shoes off and walked over to the kitchen, grabbing myself a glass of water. Liam stood in the doorway to the kitchen and just looked at me.

"I wanted to see you" he said and walked a bit closer. I sat on the kitchen counter as he kept starring. I stayed silent. He came closer and laid his hand on my thigh. I wanted to take it away so badly, but I am so weak to his touch. I then remembered that I literally just got back from a 40-minute run, and I am sweat as hell. "I like seeing you like this" he smirked at me.

"Like what?" I asked and he pulled me towards him. I instantly wrapped my legs around his waist.

"You, sitting on a kitchen counter, in those shorts" he said and looked me up and down, biting his lower lip. He was driving me crazy. He put his hand on my lower back, and the other one stayed on my thigh as he kissed me. He pressed himself closer to me and I did the same. He deepened the kiss as he lifted me off the counter and he was holding me with his bare hands. Oh God.

"Is there anyone home?" he asked in between kisses. I shook my head no and I felt him smirk against my lips. He suddenly started walking and I jumped a bit, which made him laugh. "I got you babe." His words gave me goosebumps. He walked slowly towards the stairs, leaving kisses along my neck. We reached the stairs and he walked up them like it was nothing.

"You're so strong" I blurred out. What did I just say? Liam smirked again and flipped over to carrying me bridal style. I opened the door to my bedroom and he put me gently down on my bed, before climbing on top of me. I didn't want this moment to end. He was leaving kisses all over my arms and neck, and he then took my top of, leaving me in my shorts and sports-bra. He looked a me and then kissed me, grinding against me. His touch was almost magical, and it made me want him more. But yesterday's events and my talk with the girls suddenly popped into my mind and I stopped.

"Is something wrong?" he asked and lifted himself up. He looked down and me as I took a breath. He lifted himself off of me and sat down next to me instead.

"There is so much I don't know about you" I spoke, Liam looked a bit shocked. He laid down on his side so he was facing me. "What do you mean?" he asked quiet as he started to play with my hair, putting it behind my ear and stroking it. I closed my eyes and enjoyed his touch for a couple of seconds before I spoke.

"I don't know where you live or what you do for a living?" I said and looked at him. He pushed himself up and decided to sit on the bed instead, so I did the same thing.

"I can show you my apartment if that is what you want?" he gave me a weird look.

"There's my point, you say you can do it because I asked, but I shouldn't have to ask" I started and I took a breath before continuing. "You know so much about me, but I feel like I know very little about you, and it almost seems like you don't want me to know you" I looked at him to see his reaction.

"Of course I want you to know me baby, but I am not really used to this whole dating thing, and I guess I'm not used to people wanting to know stuff about me" he gave me a week smile. BABY. The word baby lighted a fire inside of me and I really liked the feeling it gave me.

"You can start by telling me a couple of things? Like what you do for a living and where you live?" I asked as I touched his arm. Damn his muscles are so nice.

"I live about 15 minutes away from here. And what I do for a living is hard to explain. I work for a business company and I work within stocks and stuff. My mom got me into the company, and I am also taking some business classes online" he spoke and he seemed nervous.

"Was that so hard?" I smiled at him and he chuckled a bit. I looked at the time and it was around 11 AM. "Why aren't you at work now?" I asked, it is in the middle of the day so.

"I mostly work from home" he spoke quickly. I just nodded in response. I dropped back on the bed, thinking about whether or not I should ask him about the first time he was in the ER. He looked down and me and smirked at me.

"All the things I want to do to you Faith. If you only knew" he suddenly spoke and made me blush. He leaned in for a kiss but I stopped him. "Why were you in the ER that first time? It couldn't have been work since you kind of have an office job?" I asked. He sat himself up and gave me a harsh look, and I regretted asking right away.

"I told you that was none of your business!" he spoke louder now, which made me jump a bit.

"Sorry I asked, I just thought-" I started but he interrupted me. He was standing in the middle of the room now and looking more and more angry with me.

"You just don't know when to stop, do you?! I told you, I am not used to this shit, and this is one of the reasons why I don't do this shit!" he yelled. I was grateful that no one but us were home right now, or god knows what would have happened.

"If this is so shit to you, then you can just leave" I said and got up myself. I quickly put on a t-shirt and some shorts. Liam didn't say a word. He just gave me a look, picked up his stuff and walked out of my room. I walked after him downstairs, not to talk to him or anything, but to lock the door. He turned around one more time and looked at me, before leaving. Neither of us said a word. He got in his car and drove off. I closed the door and locked it. As I locked it, I leaned against the door as the tears were flooding to my eyes. Why do I care this much? We haven't even known each other for that long. What is he doing to me?
