Kaname x Zero Save Me

Chappie 1: Coward

My life is miserable. I have no one to love and no one to love me back. Even my brother hated me over something I couldn't help. If I could go back and prevent all of this I would... but I can't. It doesn't matter now. What's done is done and can not be undone. I will be a level E soon I can feel it. There's no point in me living anymore because of this. That's why I'm writing this. I couldn't say goodbye in person because I'm nothing more than a coward. Everyone who ever said I was a coward is or was right. So what does it matter? Nobody will care anyway. I know this doesn't sound like me but who am I anyway? It seems as though I don't even know myself. With this I say thank you Cross for taking me in but I will not be a bother anymore. Please take care of White Lily for me.
Yuki crumpled the letter Cross had handed her and began to run to the Moon Dorm. When she got there she ignored the guard and ran to the door banging on it. Ichijo opened the door with tired eyes and looked at Yuki. "I need Kaname. Please it's urgent." The guard came up to Yuki and tried to pull her away as Ichijo turned around to get Kaname but stopped as he seen him coming down the stairs. "Yuki says she needs you. She says it's urgent." "Thank you Ichijo you should go back to bed." Ichijo bowed and left. Kaname then turned to the arguing duo and put up his hand stopping them. "Its fine she can stay." The guard nodded and walked away. Yuki handed the letter to Kaname whose eyes widened as he read it. "Its Zero Kaname. Please go find him and stop him. Please." Kaname nodded. "Anything for you Yuki."

Kaname sighed and sat down. He had been all over town but couldn't hear, see, or smell any sign of Zero. 'What if he's already done it?' Just at that moment the wind picked up and Kaname could smell Zeros scent. He then leaped up and ran toward the scent. Going up stairs on roof he could see Zero sitting on a ledge holding Bloody Rose in his hand. Kaname sat down next to him and looked at the sky. "Its a pretty night. Good view for it." When Zero didn't reply Kaname looked at him. "I'm glad to see you haven't acted upon your letter yet." "I couldn't. I'm nothing more than a coward."
