"Why didn't he say where he was going?" Tasha wept. "Why didn't he tell me where he was going to live, so I could visit him?"
"Why would you even want to?" said her colleague. "He wouldn't thank you for it. He wouldn't want to see you anyway; not just you, Tash; he wouldn't want to see anyone from here; he hated it here." She finished with, "I can say this now –- he was a horrible person and I'm glad he's gone!"
"Is she..."asked a deep, slurred and familiar voice, "criticising me?"
