India P.O.V We drive to the third apartment, I hope this one is nicer than the second one and more space in it. I would choose the first one but it just doesn't fit me and it looks a little old and ran down, it needs some work which I do not wanna pay for when I could just buy an apartment that I like and do little things to it.
We pull up at the third apartment and I can tell I'm gonna like this and based on Regan's face she will too.

"Ready?" I ask
"Yep!" She says as we both get out and meet Mr.Carter
"So this one is definitely more nice and more privet than the others, so it would be a good 15 minutes a way from your school and 20 minutes away from the mall." He says I smile at where it's at.
"Let's go in." He says as we follow.
When we walk in I gasp at how spacious and big it was. Mr.Carter looks at me and smiles.
"So this one has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, an office, and it's own laundry room, plus it is already decorated! The landlord also has a 2,000 rent every 2 months. Also it a mini luxury apartment." He says as I smile.
"Are you fucking serious?!" I ask as he laughs
"Yes very serious." He says
"Omg Regan, this is perfect!" I yell
"How you now it's perfect if you haven't even seen the rest of the apartment?" She ask squinting her eyes as I stop smiling and think.
"Yea your right." I say as them two laugh. Mr.Carter shows me the apartment as I immediately fall in love.

"Oh my god! I really like this one, fuck the other ones." I say really wanting this one.
"Alright, now you have to sign some papers and pick a date to move all your clothes and important things out your house, also it has to be before November." He says "also all the furniture will stay here if you pay an extra 1,000 by October 5th which is not long from now." He says as I nod.
