If you drive down Main Street and turn left onto 6th Street, keep driving until you have left town. Keep going. About 5-7 miles out, there will be an abandoned factory, or warehouse depending on how you would like to think about it. One you get to the warehouse, (or factory), it is recommended that you do not go past the gate, and that is because the building is falling apart. However, I wouldn't recommend breaking into the warehouse because the building is haunted by something more sinister than falling timber. If you decide to go in, then fine, I don't care. I just hope you brought a weapon. Because, once inside, you either die, or you are left severely disfigured and mentally scarred. And more often than not, people don't come back.
