The due date dawned,

Every one were standing outside the court.

Kritika came upto Kabir and said
Look I can help you,but you need to tell me the whole fact.

Look Kritika,I don't need your help.Abhijeet is here to help me out.
And its better you stay out of it.

Kabir was deposed in the court,in the accused box.

In the spectators sat Kabir's family and his friends along with Kritika and her family.

When Kabir saw Kritika he got a bit nervous.

Judge arrived in the courtroom.

The prosecution started with Opposition Lawyer Raghunath Sarvarkar speaking,

My lord,Well Well,we stay in a country where women are worshipped and they are treated as the incarnation of Maa Durga then why a women has to face abuses,fall prey for begetting and has to lose her modesty?
My client Ms.Alisha to come to the victim box and narrate the entire gruesomes crime happened with her.

Kabir was keeping an eye on Kritika.

Alisha walked into the victim box,
Kritika was shocked to see that How do Alisha ma'am  know Kabir?

Alisha was the Head Of the Department of MAK Associates.

She escaped the courtroom.

Alisha started,

That evening,
At 8,
I ranged up at his Juhu residence.
We had planned to meet up and have a chat over the relationship problems that they were facing.
He brought two glasses of whiskey for us.

I  drank the whiskey in a single gulp.
Peg after peg,I continued to drink.
Despite of my warnings he continued to make me drink.
He emptied the entire whiskey bottle in my glass.
I was completely drunk and he took the chance and molested me.
He started physically abusing me and to escape the situation I broke the glass and scratched on his chest,and I ran away.

She started crying,Sarvarkar offered her his handkerchief.

Abhijeet started,
I object your honour,this lady is misleading the court,my client will tell you the entire story,what exactly happened that day.
And before anything I have some medical reports and which are clinically proven and are pathologically stamped.

Judge studied those sheets and attested them to his copy.

Kabir narrated the entire incident.

Abhijeet said,
Your honour I require few more days to gather some more proofs.

Judge said,
The court after hearing some false and true incidents the court needs some more time to pass judgement.The court gives Kabir 7 more days to prove himself innocent,the court is adjourned.

As Kabir walked out,Abhijeet said that he has to go to his flat to collect some more evidences,he advised him to take care and not to take any worries when he is here.

Abhijeet walked towards his car,a big truck came and hit him.

Kabir and Meera run towards him.

Kabir,hold this thing in your mind this is a trap you can win the game now and I wish you all the best,I'm going to my mom and dad for which I've waited so long..Meera aunty goodb....
Before completing his statement he broke his breath and he was no more forever.

Abhii...Kabir screamed.

Court officials and the Bar council lawyers came running.

Alisha stood behind the tree and she gave the money to the truck driver saying Good job.

Sarvarkar arrives on the scene,
Sarvarkar,he was playing well but he was needed to be killed,said Alisha.

Ma'am you're great,you are genius.

Look when you can't win the game,end the game,this is the logic that I have followed in my entire life,that useless Abhijeet what does he think of himself? He'll win the case with us in opposition?
