#5: Doctor Who (2005-2013)
Doctor who is a sci-fi show about an alien that travels around in a time machine. It's a popular fangirl show, but I don't understand why so many people love it. I'm not a lover of classics (1989 under) and season 1-4 were pretty crappy. It's in seasons 5-6 where things got interesting. (Thanks, Steven Moffat!)

I give 5 points for TV shows.
1: Is the plot well paced? Is it too predictable? (Plot)
2: Has this idea been done before? Is it new? Is this idea good? (Creativity)
3: Are the characters realistic? Does development seem real? (Characters)
4: Is the show long? Does it have a good number of seasons? (Length)
5: Is the show good for all seasons? (Worthiness)

Plot: 0.6
The plot is great for seasons five and up, but horrible for most episodes in seasons 4 and under. Overall, this recieves a balanced 0.6, which is pretty good.
Creativity: 0.9
This idea has not been done before, but there have been similar things done. It's a good idea, but only if you make it right. Steven Moffat did this and I appreciate his episodes.
Characters: 0.5
The Doctor's companions do seem very real but get no development. His enemies are super fake and super stupid, in my opinion. They don't have good development.
Length: 1
To get a solid 1, the show must have 6 seasons or over, and Doctor Who qualifies.
Worthiness: 0.5
No, this show is only good for seasons 5-6. Sorry, Russel T. Daives, but I prefer Moffat's style of writing. The first two episodes of season 1 were just stupid.

Doctor Who's Score: 3.5/5
Doctor Who can be a great show if handled by the right people. Sadly, the right people came at season 5, and a show with the potential for 5/5 got 3.5/5. It's a great show, but not the best.
