#4: Dexter
Dexter is an amazing show. It totally deserves #1 if not for other amazing shows. It has a few problems and a few seasons I didn't like, and also a crappy ending, but it is, honestly, an amazing show.

Plot: 0.9
The plot is great. I didn't really like seasons 2 and 3, but their plot was good. It's not predictable and makes you want to watch more. I loved Dexter's plot.
Creativity: 0.9
This is a completly new idea. It's never been done before and was taken into the right hands. They expressed a serial killer's thoughts great. I loved their own touch of Dexter's own thoughts.
Characters: 0.8
Characters are real. Development is great, especially with Dexter's sister, Morgan. She had a bad-ass attitude and even gets promoted a couple of times.
Length: 1
This show passes the length test.
Worthiness: 0.5
No. I didn't enjoy season 2,3, and 8 much, but they were okay.

Dexter's Score: 4.1
Dexter was an amazing show with a few flaws. It definetly deserves a score of 4.1.
