"Adele, where are you?" Derek sighed, picking up the phone.
"I'm really sorry" i said.
"Are you alright?" He asked.
"I'm fine Derek. I'm just so sorry" i sighed.
"So the baby, it isn't mine?" He asked.
"No" is all i replied with.
"Is it Simons?" He suddenly asked.
"I'm so sorry" i whispered.
I heard him sigh down the line, "Thats all i needed to hear" he said, before hanging up.
Tears had made their way down my cheeks, staining them slightly.
"Babe, what's wrong?" Simon had asked, walking towards me with open arms.
"Nothing" I said quickly, wiping away the tears, "im fine" i faked a smile.
As i tried to walk into the living room, he suddenly brought me into a hug. His arms laced around my waist as he rested his chin on top of my head. I lay my head on his chest while my hands clung onto his shirt.
"Tell me what's wrong" he said, his grip getting more protective.
"I'm such a bad person" i sobbed into his chest.
"Look at me" he said, raising my chin in his hand, "you are not a bad person, Laurie. What happened is something we can't fix. This was meant to happen. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't. Stop beating yourself up about it"
"I love you" i smiled, sadly.
"I love you too" he replied, pecking my lips gently, "now, come on" he smiled, taking my hand.
We walked into the living room, hand in hand, "are you alright?" My mum smiled, sadly.
"I'm fine, dont worry" I smiled back.
"How far along are you?" Simon asked, sitting down on the couch.
"I'm about four weeks now" I guessed, sitting next to my mum.
"What do you want?" Laura asked, showing excitement.
"I honestly don't mind aslong as it's happy and healthy" I smiled.
"God, you're no fun" she huffed, "i want a girl" she suddenly squealed.
"I'm thinking about a boy" my mum smiled at me.
"I'm with you on this one, babe." Simon chuckled, gazing over to me.
"Well im glad" I laughed back.
--------------
Simon headed out to meet with Daisy. I couldn't help but feel nauseous over this whole thing.
I tried calming myself down, thinking about the reassuring talk from last night.
...
"Everything will be alright" he smiled, drawing circles on my stomach.
"You don't know that." I sighed, looking for his eyes.
"Daisy is a great girl. You said it yourself right?" He said, connecting our gaze. I nodded slightly, "Shes known you forever Adele. She knows how you are. She knows you wouldn't do anything to hurt her. Stop worrying"
...
As Simon came through the door i heard talking. I can't face her right now.
"Adele?" Simon called out as i hid in the kitchen, "Just wait in here" i heard Simon say to Daisy.
I panicked, running towards the door, swinging it open. I instantly hit someone on the other side, "shit" I shouted, seeing Simon holding his nose, "im so sorry"
"Come and talk to me for a minute" he said, walking into the kitchen.
"Here" i said embarrassed, placing frozen peas on his nose.
"Whats wrong Laurie?" He sighed, taking my hand.
"I was just shocked to see her here" i shrugged, paying more attention to his nose.
"I'm fine babe" he said, taking the peas off his nose, "She wanted to talk to you about it"
"I didn't expect it to be this soon. I panicked a little" he let out a breathy laugh.
"Just go talk to her" he smiled sadly.
I sighed before walking out, "im sorry about your nose" I said, before closing the door.
"Adele" Daisy said, standing up.
A/N Sorry it's shit.
I'm having a little trouble with a couple things atm but im trying to work through it. Sorry if there are mistakes, I don't have time to check over it.
