Zalfie: Whoops!

Halloween Party

Zoe's POV:
It was Marks birthday and we had just filmed a video decorating the lounge, it was hilarious. But Mark was getting a bit weird and always wanted to be with me.
"Damnit I forgot the flour for the cookies, anyone wanna pop to the shop with-
"I'll come!" Mark butted in.
"Okay come on" I chirped happily

When we got back Alfie scared the life out of us at the door by wearing a super creepy clown mask and Mark completely jumped out of his skin. I almost wet myself, he was on the floor for five minutes in shock but laughing and the same time.

It was getting late and Poppy and Sean should be here soon. This is going to be the best birthday Marks ever had. The cake was ready and all we needed was a few horror films and those masks that me and Poppy had bought last week.

*four hours later*

I'm on the sofa with Mark on one side, Alfie on the other and Nala cuddled up in between my legs. I was holding Alfie's hand ,cause we were watching a horror film, but Mark seemed to be a bit closer to be than he usually is when we watch other horror films.
"I'm just gonna go grab a drink, why don't you come Alfie" I said.
"Whyyyy?" Alfie moaned
"Because I said so"
"I'll come!" Mark suddenly said, he never usually offers to come.
"No it's alright Alfie can come" I raised my eyebrows at him trying to tell him that I need to speak to him and he finally got the message.
"Alright I'm coming" Alfie moaned but looking worried.

We both walked into the kitchen, I was walking quite fast and Alfie was calling after me looking worried.
"Zoe- of little one!" He shouted.
"Yes Alfie, just wait one second"
"What's with all the running"he chuckled slightly.
Once we were just in the hallway I decide to ask him whether he had realised Mark being a little weird.
"Alf, am I the only one who has realised that Marks being a little weird and ummm obsessed with me for a while??"
"No and,don't worry about it little on it's fine he probably had a little too much alcohol. Don't worry" and he then kissed me on the forehead.
"And and you should probably get some water so it doesn't look suspicious"
"Oh yeah" I then grabbed a small glass of water and went to join Poppy, Sean, and Mark back in the Lounge. But as soon as I had sat down Mark moved just a little closer. What's up with him?
