Chapter 6

3rd Person POV

"Food looks hot!" XY said, "Hot as in sexy or hot as in sweating?" Renee teased. "Uh... I might have just lost my appetite thanks to you, Renee..." Sakura said. Ben just sat at the table and started to play games on his phone, then Misha took his phone and lectured, "No game time during breakfast, lunch, and dinner! These 3 times are bonding time! NOT game time." "Wow, Do I see a couple forming? Or is that a mother and son scene?" Sakura laughed, "Both I think!" Renee said. Everyone laughed and started to talk about what school life was like.

After Lunch

"Hey, guys! Staying in this campsite is boring! Why don't we go to the lake for a swim?" Reiner yelled. "Oooh, I'm in! I'm dying for a swim, I've been sweating way too much and I need to cool off!" Sakura said. "Sure, I'll join, Ben is coming too! I'm not letting him stay in his room and play his games." Misha said, "WHAT?! NO, MY GAMES NEED ME!" Ben argued, "I'LL GO BUT I'M BRINGING MY GAMES AND STAYING ON THE DOCKS!" "Stop acting like XY..." Renee quietly said. Jacky eyed Renee trying to make sure no one noticed but boy he was wrong! Toby was watching him like a hawk and made up theories.

At the Lake

"Woo!" Reiner ran to the lake and jumped in, followed by Sakura, they swam and played in the water together. Misha scolded Ben for bringing his games. Toby and XY played tag somewhere at the lake. Renee and Jacky walked along the lake and talked.

Renee's POV

'Oh my gosh... I'm beside Jacky... Walking... I think I'm going to faint! Eeek! Wait... Am I blushing? OH MY GOSH, I DON'T WANT TO GIVE HIM ANY CLUES!'

"So Renee, are you having fun?" Jacky asked, 'Aaaah! He asked me a question!!! How do I reply? Am I acting normal? Eeeek!'  "Renee? Earth to Renee." Jacky said, "You there?" As he waved a hand in front of my face. "A-Ahh! S-sorry I was deep in thought I guess. What was the question again? Sorry." I replied. "Haha, no worries it happens to me all the time. Now let me ask again. Are you having fun?" Jacky said. "Y-yes! Yes of course I am! I mean how could I not?! I'm spending time with my friends and meeting new people! And falling in love!" I said then I thought 'Holy shit! I did not just say falling in love...' "Falling in love? Hahaha, Who's the lucky guy?" Jacky asked. "Ah! Uhm... Someone..." I blushed. "Ehhh? Gonna keep it a secret from me? I might be able to pair you up with him! But ok, I won't force you to tell. I'll wait til you have to courage to say who and I'll help you!" Jacky smiled. I stared at him blushing 50 shades of red. 'His smile is so charming... I'm falling for him over and over every second!' "Let's get back to the others. They might have been planning to do something while we were gone." Jacky said. "Yeah!" I replied smiling.

Jacky's POV

Renee and I walked back to the docks to find the others. When we got there they were staring at us grinning creepily. "Hey, guys, what's with your faces? Did something good happen?" I jokingly said. "Noooooooo not at all!" Reiner said. "We're going to play volleyball. You 2 joining?" Misha asked. "Sure what are the teams?" Renee asked. "Girls vs boys," Sakura said. "Winner gets the other team to listen to them the whole day!" XY grinned. "I'm in! Get ready to have your butts kicked girls!" I yelled. "Don't underestimate us! We're great at volleyball!" Renee said. "Good luck boys~" The girls winked. "Flirting doesn't work on us!" Toby said. "Not when we're betting on who wins!" Reiner said.
