In Logopolis (my personal favourite), we saw Tegan Jovanka go on her first trip on the T.A.R.D.I.S along with Adric, Nyssa and the Doctor. Tom Baker regenerated into Peter Davison after an encounter with the Master (Anthony Ainley).
