Paul McGann played the doctor only twice, both in which he gave an outstanding performance. One lasted an hour and thirty minutes, the other only seven minutes (roughly).

In 'The Night of the Doctor', we saw the return of the Sisterhood of Khan forcing the doctor into a regeneration. John Hurt took the role of the doctor as 'The War Doctor'.
