Chapter 18

Melody's pov

It's been a week since I've met Brandon At the park. Today's the last day to practice for our performance tomorrow. Plus we'll be having our rehearsal later.

I went to the clubroom with Aria, as always. We climbed up the stairs and we heard music from the other room next door.... Man they're good.... I wonder who are they... :3

"Wooow! Their music are awesome. Don't ya think, Aria?"

"Yeah.... but we'll get better soon!"

We went in to our own clubroom and saw Calliope practicing the lyrics. haaaa..... I can hear her voice all they long being relaxed, Her voice is so beautiful <3

Calliope turned around as she sings the chorus and saw both me and Aria watching her. She got red and asked "H-how long are you guys been watching?"

"The whole time~"-Me

"Yup"-Ari

"W-w-whatever ....... aaaa..... we better practice now" Calliope said. She pretended that she didn't care but actually, she got embarrassed about it :3 uuuwwaa  Cally's so cute. I didn't even tease yet XD. hehehe 

"Sure!" Both me and Aria Agreed.

We practice and practice. Maddy came late. She apologized and we continued the practice together with Maddy. 

while we are practicing I noticed very loud footsteps outside the clubroom. Just by how fast and loud the steps are. It seems like someone's at the stairs in a hurry.

Someone had opened the door and it's actually Grabriella. She seems tired from running. She showed a paper, a list of all the performers for the Halloween program. 

"Fu fu fu (words to express tiredness) You guys didn't sign up!" 

"Haaaaaaa?" Everyone was shocked. They all looked at me with their scary eyes.

How come we haven't sign up? I'm sure I did.

*ding* Now I remember!

*Flashback*

After Grabriella was scolding the delinquents. I went to the classroom with the registration paper.

"Melody, Please help me!" Aria pleaded. 

Aria's one of the cleaner for today. All students on duty have to clean the classroom. There 4 students on duty to clean the classroom each day. Today's cleaner is Aria. The other 3 are absent so she has to clean the room by herself. hehehe but she's actually scared of ghosts ;3

"Why should I? you're the one's on duty right?"

"But please,Melody. You can't leave your bestfriend here, All alone" she said while holding my hands close together with puppy eyes. 

"Yes I can" I said as I'm already outside the classroom, ready to leave her.

"But please.... Pretty please with cherry on top" She pleaded again with her puppy eyes.

"I-I'll treat you to some burgers!" Aria added.

"Really?" I replied as fast as before she said the letter 'e' on burgers as I turned around to look at her eyes if she's saying the truth with my mouth drooling for hunger.

"Y-Yeah!"

"My! my! Aria! Why didn't say so? I could have helped you a lot sooner" I said as I'm already at the classroom as fast as lightning and Patting her back with my left hand on my hips.
