Arrested

Chapter 1

(Authors note: Lizzie is the girl on the right. Don't mind what she is doing lol. But she looks so adorable)

I placed my hair into 2 braids and wore my school uniform (left pic on top) and I wore knee high black socks and brown ankle boots. I grabbed my leather backpack and headed out of the door. It was my first day of college and i cannot wait to become a policewoman! Ah, I can smell the vibes right now!

I walked to the kitchen and grabbed a granola bar. I munched it on the go as I walked towards the school. As I walked, I saw a tall boy with red hair. I have never seen him before. He was slowly exiting his house backwards as he waved to his mom. He didn't see me and accidentally bumped me really hard.

"Hey, Watch where you are going!" The boy said

I stood there in shock at what he said

"Says the boy who unconsciously bumped me. It wasn't me who was going backwards." I said as I raised an eyebrow at him. I moved my eyes to the top of his head. He had fox ears and a shiver went down my spine.

"It's all right, Lizzie. Be strong. You can't be like this if you want to become a policewoman" I said in my head

"Pfft. Dumb bunny" the boy mumbled

"I heard that" I said as my ear raised even higher

"Just get out of my way" he said as he walked past me

"He's definitely new here, then" I said as I continued walking behind him

He noticed me following him and he quickly turned around

"Why the hell are you following me?" He asked

"Based on your uniform, we go to the same school." I said as I made a right turn. He followed me and I instantly knew that he didn't know where to go. But still, I pretended not to notice him. I stopped by a nearby convenience store and bought 2 mini hamburgers for myself. I saw him and raised an eyebrow at him.

"Now why did you follow me?" I asked as I tapped my right foot on the ground

"I didn't know where to g- AH! Whatever, I needed to buy a soda anyway" he said angrily as he went inside and looked at the stalls

I quickly ran to the school and left him without notice. The convenience store was pretty far from the school and this was my way of revenge for when he bumped me and didn't even apologize.

"Good luck, dumb fox" I said as I entered the school. I still didn't see him around after first period. Weird.

Nicks POV

I already knew that I was super late. I know I should've asked that bunny for directions. But well, I was dumb. It's not like I can blame that small bunny. I found myself panicking and asking people for directions. But, no one knew where the school was. I started to feel worried. I just wish I could turn back time and actually ask that bunny to lead me to the school. Ah, today really sucks. I looked at my watch and it was recess! Perfect! Usually students would go outside to buy food. Then I could follow them.

Lizzie's POV

It was already recess and I haven't seen that dumb fox. Maybe I should've not left him. I feel really really bad right now. I went outside of the school to look for the fox. I ran everywhere and I was tired. Then I remembered, maybe he stayed at the convenience store! I ran there and saw him sitting at the tables outside, looking panicked.

"Hey, fox" I said

He looked at me and stood up quickly

"I-I'm so sorry! Please lead me to the school!" He begged

"Ugh, fine" I said as I pulled his necktie and turned around "recess in ending in 8 minutes so we need to hurry"

"O-of course" he said as he placed a hand on his face and blushed. I realized what I was doing and let go of his necktie immediately. I think I was pulling too hard because his button nearly popped off.

"U-um sorry" I said as I slowly turned to him and smiled

Nicks POV

She turned to me and gave me smile of embarrassment. Small pink spots appeared on her cheeks and I thought it was kind of cute. But then I got back onto my senses and sighed.

"Ah, dumb bunny" I said to her

"Sly fox" she said as she turned away and I followed her

We reached the humongous school that I never imagined. They even had a huge park beside the school and I can see elementary students playing around. We heard the bell ring meaning we arrived just on time .

"Ah thank god we were just on time" she said as she turned back to me

"Yeah" I said

"Good luck" she said as she peeked at my schedule "good luck with Mrs. Yip"

She just turned away and walked back inside the school and I followed her

"Hey!" I called

She turned back at me and tapped her foot

"Yeah?" She asked

"Where is science class?" I asked

"Follow me. You are lucky that we got the same class" she said as she turned around and we continued walking.

We saw Mrs. Yip and a shiver went down my spine. Yikes.

She glared at the bunny but she didn't look scared at all.

"For the first time...YOU ARE LATE!" She screamed as she slammed the projector remote on the teachers desk, causing everyone to jump on their feet.

But bunny was as cool as ever and brushed it off

"Mrs. Yip, I was leading this new student to this class. He didn't go to school orientation so I had to show him around" she said. She didn't even look scared...but I was so scared inside and out.

"Alright. Sit down you two" Mrs. Yip said as she pointed her fingers on two empty seats. They weren't beside each other though, and I still had so many questions to ask that bunny.
