Today was the day! I couldn't believe it was already here. It's been planned for five months and now it's here. I was giddy with excitement. Unable to keep still. Always had to be drumming my fingers on the steering wheel or bouncing my knee. Sometimes both.

Whistling, I parked a brand new Dodge Charger. It was black, blending into the night. I stole plates off of a minivan and switched them. That way if somebody happened to realize what I was doing, they couldn't trace my plates. It was a genius idea if I do say so myself.

We are in a quiet, safe North Dakota sub division neighborhood.

Checking up and down the residential street, nobody was here, making my plan easier to accomplish.

I walked up the sidewalk almost skipping in excitement. It was cutely decorated with flowers and big bushes.

Not as cute as her, though.

I smiled at the thought, waiting for her to be in my arms where she belongs.

Using my duplicate key, that I had made up when they were on vacation a few weeks ago, and I unlocked the door. The sound of the lock clicking filled me with anticipation and excitement.

Every step was getting me closer to her.

I stepped into the dark house and quietly closed the door.

Good thing I had been studying the layout of the house that my babygirl was in. Even in the dark, I could make my way around, perfectly.

Using the layout in my mind, I made my way over to her door and silently lifted my hand to it.

Soon, Babygirl. We will be together in no time. You'll be in my arms where you belong.

I tore myself away from her and made my way into the kitchen. Unholstering my gun that was attached to a silencer, I looked around and found something that would be perfect.

Picking up the fancy looking vase, I carelessly dropped it onto the tiled floor and was met  with the satisfying sound of glass shattering.

I slipped my mask on as the man burst through the doorway. Without a thought, I shot him in the head. The silencer doing it's job.

One down. Two to go.

Soon enough the woman quietly tiptoed into the room. Because I have a heart, I shot her before she saw her husband sporting a bullet hole in his forehead.

Two down. One to go till we can be together. Forever.

That thought brought a smile to my face.

I stepped over the bodies and noiselessly walked down the hallway, past her room and his was the one farthest away on the right.

Opening the door, I was met with an empty room. My eyes darted around and realized he was gone.

Damnit! Where was the punk?

He's lucky he left because he would have been in the same boat as his parents.

Since he was obviously gone, I tucked my gun away and left his room.

One more thing to do until I have my Babygirl.

I made a trip around the house, pocketing expensive-looking things that would make it look like a robbery gone wrong and two people were killed. Tragic story.
