Chapter 2

The day

I already started texting Jacob  because I got his number from one of my classmates who knew him very well. I asked him if he is single or not and luckily he was single though I knew he wouldn't like me. But its been only 4 days since we texted and he is already flirting. First I thought maybe he is a fuckboy, but I didn't really get any fuckboy vibes through our texts, who knows?

*Alarm rings, 6:30am*
"Oh no! I'll be late for school!" I said to myself. Trying get out of my bed somehow putting on my slippers. I rushed to the bathroom got freshened up. I wore my outfit that I picked. Like come on! I can't be late on the Trip's day! My bag was already packed so I didn't have to worry 'bout it.

*Beep Beep*
"The bus is here! Thank goodness I'm ready in time." I said to myself, feeling a bit better. "Bye mom!dad! The bus is here!" My mom replied - "bye sweetie! Stay safe!"

I ran out of the house and got into the bus. I saw Dee and Tori sitting right next to a vacant seat. "Where is Hayley?" I asked. "Hayley and Rebecca are in the other bus" Tori said. I thought that they didn't come, and cancelled the plan at the last moment.

*5 hours later, after a long bus ride and a comfortable airplane journey*

"Finally! We're here!! Did you see Jacob?" Dee shouted, as if she wanted everyone to here that. "Shut up! Don't shout stupid! And no I didnt see him ye-"
"Um..hey? Riley?" I felt a tap on my shoulder and someone whispering in my ears. I turned around to see a handsome teen, that is Jacob! He was more handsome and cute than I expected him to be by looking at his pictures. "Yeah, you're jacob right?" I asked him as my voice cracked a bit. "Yeah, I'm jacob! Nice to meet you, although we have texted before." And as he said this, his lips turned into the most gorgeous smile I've ever seen.

"I think we should leave her here with this guy"
"Yeah you're right, let her spend some quality time with him"

I heard Tori and Dee whispering these to each other. Suddenly i saw Rebecca and Hayley coming from the other side, most probably to hug me! I met Rebecca after a long time. She had fever so she had to stay home. We both hugged each other, but my eyes were on Jacob and I saw him constantly staring at me. His eyes were blue, and his hair was brown. He was taller than me, but he was the most gorgeous guy I've ever seen. I've never felt such about any guy before, but he felt like someone special.

"HEY JACOB! COME ON BRO LETS GO THE CAR IS HERE" another boy shouted, most probably Jacob's friend.

"Hey I gotta go, the car is here. And i guess you gotta go to. We can meet in the evening I guess? Our resort booked by our school is near a beach so we can watch the sunset together! Here's my number call me whenever you want to go to the beach okay?"

"Okay, thanks" I said, I couldn't t help myself I was blushing so much.

I went inside our car, but again Rebecca and Hayley was separated. They had to go in a different car but luckily when we reached our resort, we came to know that we 5 girls had the same room and I was really happy. But the problem was that we were staying in the rooms which was in the North. And jacob and his friends were staying in the room which was in the south.

I texted Jacob about our rooms but was okay with it, and honestly, I was okay with it too. Then it was finally time for sunset.

Hey! I guess we should go to the beach now?
I texted

Yeah we should, otherwise we will be late. I'll meet you at the beach okay?

Okay!
I said and left my room. Hayley and Rebecca were exploring the resort and Tori was busy reading fictions on Wattpad. I don't know where is Dee and what she is upto. Maybe she found a guy to flirt with.

I reached the beach within 15 mins and I saw Jacob standing with his hands in his pockets. He was wearing a white shirt which looked really comfortable. Maybe he felt that I was standing right behind him so he turned around, saw me, and said - "hey beautiful!" I was blushing again and some kind of feeling wrapped me around. But I replied like a stupid girl - "hi...you want to eat something?" I thought that now he thinks that all I want is to eat and eat and eat. But instead, he said - "I saw a hotdog stall there! I'm hungry, let's go!" I don't know if he was really hungry or just acting to be nice, both ways, it was really sweet.
We ate hotdogs and then watched the sunset. I was feeling very warm and cozy, sitting next to him. More than I watched the sunset, I stared at him. He looked at me and said - "hey? Do you want to say something to me?" And then he giggled a bit. I answered - "N-no... why?" He giggled again and said - "I saw you staring at me so I thought maybe you wanted to say something"
I didn't want to stare at him the whole time like an complete idiot but I couldn't help myself, I was lost in his beautiful blue eyes. He looked, and felt like everything that I've ever wanted.

"It's getting dark, I think we should return to our resort before anyone comes to find us" jacob said this by breaking the silence, which I really wanted him to do. I didn't like the awkward silence between us. "Yeah let's go, but can we meet tomorrow?" I added. "Sure, I would like to see you everyday!" He said this with that gorgeous simle on his face.
