"Go play Katt". Mom smiled at me while waving off going back to her magazine
I giggled while staring at her then running to the playground.
The new girl on the block...no friends

I walked to the swings, then sat on it swinging my legs steady.
"Hey"! A looked up to a see a girl in front of me
Her hair was full of grass
Her skirt was twisted and turned
In-between her toes were full of sand.
When she noticed i was glancing at her features she snapped her fingers to get my attention.
"Hey"! She grumbled
I muttered "hey".
She put her hands on her waist then bend poking her butt out.
"Who are you"?
"My names kattie".
She squelched up her mouth
"What kind of name is that"?
I lifted my shoulders to say i don't know.
She wiped the snut that was on her nose the wipes it on her shirt.
"Well i I like it...wanna be my friends"?
I nodded soon, as i did that she grabbed my hand.
"Follow me kat".
"You know you don't really talk don't cha"?
I nodded then shrugged...maybe because i barely know her
We were at a house now two blocks away from my house.
"Welcome to my house"! I pointed at her house i looked at her
Her eyes was sparkling with joy inside
I smiled back at her
She grabbed my hands then spinned me around
"I can tell were gonna be friends forever"! Her smiled widen making me see her lost front tooth.
A dog barked causing us to stop.
Her eyes were on the dog intensely
"Run". She whispered
I came close to hear her
"RUN BITCH"! She grabbed my hands making me run to a tree
The dog chased after us making us rune even faster.
There was a ladder that we climbed on entering a room size clubhouse tree.
We gasped for breath sitting on the floor.
"That..was...close"!
She stretched out he legs then feet
I laughed then did what she did.

It was getting dark then i heard my mother yelling my name.
"I have to go ..mommy is calling me". I climbed out the ladder walking until i forgot to ask.
"Whats your name"!?
She yelled out
"Nikki"!!
I smiled then waved
"See you later Nikki"!
I will never forget the day i met nikki.
